Sonic Drive-Inorder accuracy

It never fails, since Sonic changed their menu to reflect only cheeseburgers, rather than offering a plain burger, that we cannot get a burger without cheese. It is not one particular Sonic, but ALL that we have been to in the past year or so. We end up having to request our order be corrected at least once per trip, and more frequnently than should be expected, we have to ask multiple times. We have tried all different kinds of wording to make ourselves clear, but we simply cannot get those taking our orders to understand that we do not want cheese. It is very frustrating, and for such a simple request. I honestly believe that it is a flaw in Sonic's menu. Order accuracy has been going downhill in recent years, but THIS issue is absolutely ridiculous.
