On 8/30 at 8:04 pm I went to this food establishment, push the button and it took the staff about 15 minutes to take my order. There was a wait for my food. I push the call button again which took an additional 10 minutes for the female staff to answer. It is unprofessional to call a customer sweet, honey or dear. After getting home, my food is cold and the sandwich was lacking meat and cheese as if it was throw together sloppy.
