Sonic Drive-In review: Very poor service

On Friday June 3, 2022. I went to the sonics in Greenville Mississippi. The address is 729 East Reed Road. I place an order at 10:40am. At 11 I end up pushing the button again because my order has not came out. I tell the supervisor or whoever the guy was that took my order, that I have not received my order yet. That's when he tell me it's only one person working. I feel like he could have told me that before I placed order, to see if I wanted to wait for the food. I get my food 20 minutes later it's cold. I didn't get a straw with my slush or no ketchup.
