Pretty bad service. I ordered a few snacks and a 1/2 price sandwich good only for today, 6-3-2023 on Sonic's app. Paid for it on the app too and went through. When got there pushed the check in button on the app and entered the stall number (18). It would not accept it and tried several times. Tried to grab the attention of 2 carhops and just ignored me. They were busy so understand that. Pushed the button on the intercom. Told her what happened and gave the receipt #. Repeated it and said would come out. Waited over 15 minutes. Been there for 45 minutes total. Still no one.
Never did get my order. Ticket# 51852 according to my receipt (Order #[protected]), like told person.
So called Sonic Customer Service and said what happened. Said sorry can only give you a refund. And told me will take 14-21 days for it to be issued!
Pretty bad service at the Wilsonville, OR location and on the phone. Wasted my time there! on my one day off (Health care worker).
Stay away from Sonic and do not use their terrible non-working app. Like me, would not suggest anyone to go to Sonic in Wilsonville, Oregon or anywhere!
Desired outcome: Some sort of better compensation and better than 3 weeks for a refund especially since feel like just wasted my time and money gone for a long time!!!
