Sonic Drive-In review: Should require all national promotions be honored by all franchisees and those franchises that do not honor be fined.

Santa Rosa, CA fails to allow any of the popular national Sonic promotions, i.e., 1/2 price slushes, limeades, between 2-4 or the 1/2 shakes after 8pm. They also advertise the app on their menu boards and then fail to honor the discounted app prices, "saying it's a 3rd party and not affiliated to that franchised Sonic." The Santa Rosa location is a very negative representation of the Sonic Drive-In Brand. This location is a very negative representation to the SONIC Drive-In BRAND, and their business practices are deceptive to the loyal Sonic Drive-In customers! We have had decades of positive experience with SONIC Drive-In's nationwide. We have given this location several chances being new; the staff and management are just rude. It probably explains the drop in local community enthusiasm for this SONIC brand. It's truly unfortunate, customer can travel just a block in either direction to other fast-food locations with far better customer service and products.
