Sonic Drive-In review: service and food

I have a 30 min break for lunch and went to Sonic in Newport Tennessee and waited 20 min for food in the drive thru. I was going to eat my food on the way back to work but when I opened my party melt sandwich the bread looked like someone had melted butter on the bread and then slapped it together it wasn't even toasted just greasy butter bread which acutally amazed me they made the effort to do that because sometimes it's just still white and not toasted at all. So I wrapped my sandwich back up and was going to eat the tots but unfortunately the tots was cold. There is no reason someone should order anything other than 1 combo or a sandwich in the drive thru I shouldn't be waiting 20 min in a drive thru line when I could have parked and it would have been faster. The drive thru menu should be limited to certain items and certain amount of items
