Sonic Drive-In review: Rotten food

Yes, I ordered $30 worth of food from sonic on Donelson in Pike on April 28. It physically made me vomit for hours because they put rotten lettuce on my sandwich and I did not know it until I ate some of it and the tater tot’s were so grease down and practically black inside, I spoke to the specific chain and they pushed me to OK sonic. I spoke to a woman sent all the information she asked me for the pictures of the food and everything and I have still yet to receive my credit and she’s not responding to me anymore there’s no way I should be having this kind of drama getting a credit for rotten food that made me sick, this is the last route I’m taking and then I’m going straight to the BBB. This is unacceptable and then to respond to my review online like y’all are actually going to do something about it but then did nothing trying to say face I will voice and let people know.
