Sonic Drive-In review: Promo

I Carolyn Brasher went to sonic store #4920 Barling AR. I ordered on the Sonic Mobil app. I ordered the 2 RCC or 2 chili and cheese hot dog that was on promo for 1.29. I then notice that the promo code did not go thru and charged me regular price. I called the manager she came out very nice and explained that she had other people who had the same problem and that she could not fix it on her end that I had to call or email the customer service on the Mobil app. So I did and I sent copy of the receipt and thay email me back need a nother copy and more of a explanation. I still have not been reimbursed back on my credit card or contacted any more.
