Sonic Drive-In review: No ice cream and no service

I went last weekend to get a shake and was told the machines were down for cleaning. This was at 11:05pm and they don't close til 12. Not the first time this has happened.
Went today just to get Coke and nobody came on the drive thru speaker so I drove up to the window. Four employees were outside hanging out. Didn't acknowledge my presence. Couldn't see anyone inside so I left. It is really getting ridiculous there.

Desired outcome: Have full menu until closing. Management needs to be held accountable for their employees. Store mgr needs to make surprise visits.
