Sonic Drive-In review: Lack of service

Drove thru the drive thru and no one asked us for our order. We sat there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. Five people working, but was actually outside hanging around doing nothing but on their phones. We left when we realized no one wanted to work.
No worker was inside working.
This was at 8:30 pm, there were cars there and other people eating, I know it wasn't closed. They just didn't want to work.
I'm hoping there are cameras around at caught them goofing off and not doing their jobs.
