I could barely hear him and he said one drink with the combo. OK I need two drinks total on the meal. He comes up with three drinks and he did not say no three drinks but when he read the order back to me, he did not or he don’t know how to read I don’t know, but he did not read three drinks back because I didn’t need three I only needed two. I got three pretzel with cheese and a sonic combo number three OK the pretzel one of them I asked for extra cheese. It was not clearly marked, and you couldn’t tell which one had extra cheese to me. You couldn’t tell nothing nothing it’s dark at night. You can’t see they didn’t market how am I supposed to know which ones which we couldn’t figure I Mom and my great nephew had never been there and I was bragging about it because we were in Sub and Walmart In. They wanted to press us and they got awesome ones. They were cold cold we were in the drive-through for hold on let me double check the receipt and when we pulled up hold on

We got our order taken at 8:57. We did not drive off from your drive-through until 9:14 PM. Look it up on your cameras. You got us on camera. Look it up not joking for three pretzels and a combo 20 minutes I mean we were there easy 20 minutes sitting through the drive-through and stuff before we ever order cause there was somebody in front of us ridiculous and everything was cold. The drinks are supposed to be right, but I only ordered two not three and the three pretzels were cold. The tater tots coat in the burger was the only thing warm in by that time I was pissed off cause I’m bragged about you all and going to eat there that your pretzels were awesome. We got cold pretzels and cheese and who knows which one had extra salt. None of it was marked. Got one asking for all that one napkin, no ketchup no salt no nothing not even ask about it. Nothing let alone getting too much stuff. I didn’t want a cold food on top of it and it took 2025 minutes whatever it was to get it after I bragged on you, I won’t be back. I want a refund from this order. I certainly do and I spent 2432. I expect a phone call and I want my money back in full. I certainly do cause I still got the combo and the pretzel. I’ll bring it back up and the drink to you. I certainly will let me know. I will bring it back to you cause I ain’t eaten it. It’s nasty and cold. I didn’t come up there to eat nasty cold food I come there get hot food not cold. I want all my money back every
