Sonic Drive-In review: 20 min wait & sloppy fulfillment

Two minute wait at speaker for someone to acknowledge me, even after saying "hello?". Simple order: grilled chicken sandwich/no bun, small order of mozz. sticks, small diet soda. Repeated back: "crispy chicken sandwich". No...
Pulled up, got my drink, then literally waited 15 MINUTES - holding up the line and myself - no one bothering to give me a status. Nothing.
I asked someone who was taking food to a car behind me for an update. She said it was my mozzarella sticks taking time (first off, if it takes that long to dip a basket in the fryer for 1 min, you should give the customer a heads up). She then asked me if I wanted sauces (as in any extra sauce preferences, like all places might ask). I said no, because my food already came with sauce...
Finally get my order and no dipping sauce. Of course. In addition, my sad bunless sandwich was slopped together dry - when the description said it comes with spicy ranch dressing on it.
So I spent (wasted) $11.32 and 20 minutes on this crap.
I will never come back to this place.
