The staff is so rude and literally expect you do so so many tasks but can never thank you for them. Nor do they acknowledge when you do things not asked to do. I ordered the late night deal requesting two hot dogs with chili, pepper jack, and onions. However they put nacho cheese instead of chili on them. It was not a busy night so I. D.o.n.t understand how a mix up could have occurred. The late night deal has been a promising deal that I have used often, but I may stop due to this. The sheetz in Indiana pa is consistently messing up orders even when it is not busy.

Someone needs to put these people in more training. I ordered food my way and got nothing I ordered on it! I paid money on food that I was not going 30 miles back to get it right. I was rudely accused of stealing from a display while waiting on my latte on November 6th 2019. Miranda said to me to place the item back when I already did when I saw the drinks coming to the counter. Then stated it looked like that was what I was doing. I babe never been disrespected like that for simply looking at a display which they are intended for. The manager then followed soon behind my boyfriend and I out of the store. Only returning into the store after my boyfriend confronted the manager about the situation. The manager stated she was sorry and it would not happen again. Customer service is not confronting a paying customer of stealing.

Hi - not really a big deal, but still was a bummer. So, I ordered a home style chicken sandwich tonight. My car is in the shop currently, so I walked the 10 min walk in the cold after my shift to get a sandwich. I should've checked, but got all the way home & took a big bite to realize it was a spicy chicken sandwich instead. I tried eating it anyways, but halfway through the spiciness got too much so I ended up having to give the rest to my roommate. Also, last time I ordered from sheetz, they forgot the honey mustard I ordered. None of this is a very big deal, just a tiny bit inconvenient & upsetting. I hope this reaches someone who can remind workers to just double check to make sure whether the chicken sandwiches are spicy or not. I don't want anyone to get in trouble, just letting you all know.

A worker of Wayne Ave Sheetz in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, Melissa Cornelius, unprofessionally contacted me on Facebook messenger regarding me using EBT/Food Stamps. The only way she has that information is because I have used it in her workplace to purchase food multiple times. I feel she discriminated me for getting government assistance and took information from the workplace to attack me through social media. She has now made me uncomfortable to go into two Sheetz her son Chambersburg because she works there.

I selected to have my sub toasted. I watched him toast only the bread that is not the option I chose. This is not the first time this has happened it was store 479 this time. But the last three Subs I've gotten from you guys I chose toasted and they only toast the bread. I'll give me the options if you will not toast the meat and cheese also. Burgers were ordered by my phone, was completely wrong in every way! Everything was missing, no sauce no toppings Things on it I didn't ask for, and what I wanted not even on it The receipt was on the burger! All they had to do was read the ticket! And I was already home and in bed My boyfriends burger was also messed up but he didn't tell me until after he had eaten it!

I ordered two premium Ham Sub whole sandwiches. I only received 1 whole sandwich.
I only noticed this after I came home from Sheetz #335. This is a newly re-modeled Sheetz but VERY POOR SERVICE RECEIVING 1/2 my order but charged full amount. Receipt Bar code 0010000001920557 from food Receipt. Just because it's late in the early morning does not mean I can be charged full price for half of my order. order accuracy
I ordered a breakfast sandwich (Oct. 30th, order #98) with chicken. My receipt has chicken fritter on it so probably not a computer issue. After the drive home I unwrapped it & there was no chicken, just egg cheese and pepper. This is the only time sheetz has messed up my order but it seems like a big thing to overlook. If there is anyway you can review what happened to the order I would appreciate it.

It took them 35 minutes for mazzorela sticks and a peanut butter smoothie. The woman got mouthy with me for asking how much longer it would be. I will definitely not be coming back and i will blast this problem all over my community. Completely rude and disrespectfully. I also heard them vomplaining to each other and whispering about me. Many others was getting upset because of the wait time.
