Took over 30 min for all my food and drinks to get made. Employees were busy so I waited patiently. Once I got my food they gave me mozzarella cheese sticks that the cheese was completely out of. The whole container was a big ball of breading pasted together with cheese and thrown in the same box as my jalapeño poppers which I ordered separately. I took it back to the counter and told them I was not accepting this mess. The employee then proceeded to bad mouth me to his employees behind the counter. It then took over 10 minutes to get my order back. So at this point all my drinks and other food I ordered were all cold and melted.

I ordered nachos that were not made correctly. I took them back to the store a gentleman remade them and the employee who was supposed to make them correctly the first time argued with me and the gentleman about how she did made them right. Once again I came home and my nachos were still not correctly made.

These were just my 2 recent visits. Every time I visit this sheetz I have a problem.
