Sheetz review: premium hot chocolate? hot chocolate machine self serve

i went in to get a sugar free hot chocolate from the machine and the machine was not working. Note: this is the second, different occation, that i went in to get it. Impurposely go to sheeta for the sugar free hot chocolate. the first time i had tio get a coffee instead. So today I got a sugar free premium hot chocolate. It was way too sweet. I threw it away. I am diabetic, I would like a complete refund and please teach employees how to prpoerly clean and put machine back together. Mind u I have had to sugar free hot chocolate (from machine) many times and would like continue getting it.
