Sheetz review: food service

I was at Sheetz in Monroeville pa getting some food. And they forgot about my order then they made it wrong and I was waiting for a hour just to get my food. This is ridiculous, I have never had so much bad service from sheetz ever until today. I absolutely live sheetz but I'm thinking about never coming back to this location again because they have terrible service. No one apologized even the manager on duty did not care also I was not the only one who had their order messed up. I am so frustrated with this store.
