Sheetz - Discrimination of employment

I was being interviewed to be hired at Sheetz in Greensburg, PA. On Harvey Ave, a store I have been a loyal customer at for years and spent lots of money contributing to your company, so I decided to apply for a job as I lost mine due to Covid a few weeks back. I was top nominated for hire with Barb Werner for overnight shifts, however when I went in to interview with her, she stopped the interview due to the fact I am missing two teeth in the front of my mouth. I have no control over this factor, as it is a genetic cause, and I lost my health insurance. I had been working with a dentist to get this fixed, and it is something I am extremely self conscious as already. For this woman to turn me down for the way I look, something completely out of my control, is for discrimination. I had even offered to wear a mask during my shifts, and she denied my proposal. I have worked for many years in the front face of customer service positions, and never have I been made to feel the way this lady made me feel. My work performance history is impecable, and missing my teeth would never impact my work performace. I would have made a great asset to your company. I will not be returning to sheets as a customer anymore, and will also make sure others are aware of this type of discrinstory behavior with your management hiring team.

Desired outcome: I would like Bard to be educated in laws and regulations regarding Equal Opportunity for employment and discrimination. Please call to discuss further what your corporation rules are regarding this type of behavior. [protected].

Sheetz - Beer sales

On January 2, 2022 around 6:00pm I stopped at sheets in Greensburg to purchase beer, they were out of Busch beer that I usually drink as they are often, so I purchased a bud light 15 pack, The advertise price in the cooler is $11.50, as it has been for months because I buy beer there at least three times a week. when I got to the register I was charged $12.99. When I questioned the lady at the register and said you overcharge me by $1.50 she said no the beer is $12.99. When I said that it is still advertised as $11.49 in the cooler, She stated that well we will change the sign but that is not our department and we can't do anything about that, have a nice night… I realize that sounds petty over $1.50, but I do not make a lot of money, it's a matter of principle. Also this is not the first problem I've had at that store, I filled a complaint a while back about a very rude employee however I didn't follow up on it, Because I felt nothing will be done about it

Desired outcome: At least refunded correct change

Sheetz - Rude workers, not receiving my food order

On March 8 at approximately between 9 and 9:30 pm I tried to order a 6in club combo and a side of fries, my order # was 511, Numerous people walked in and placed orders and received them after me, after a while I heard order number 543 called so I decided to inquire if they got order number 511, No employee responded to me, however the customer behind me decided to interject rudely and I felt threatened by his actions I told him to please mind his business at which point employee Emily started yelling at both of us to stop it and shut up, long story short the guy kept antagonizing me until he left and I believe he was friends with the employee, after he left I voiced my opinion how I can't believe that just happened at which point the same employee yelled at me again from behind the counter and told me I should leave, when she had absolutely nothing to do with the conversation, I kind of stood there in disbelief for a minute, then I put my food slip down and left. I tried calling the store and speaking with the manager when I got home, and the woman who I talked to was very nice and told me she heard the employee yelling at me from the back and that her name was Emily, she took my name and phone number And told me the manager would call me tomorrow, however I haven't received a phone call yet.. I was appalled and very disappointed with the whole situation..
