Excellent service, excellent product! Very good value for money with that little extra customer care that means the world to us larger than life ladies! So pleased I found you! Boost of Confidence!
My new Shapermint shaper gives me the boost of confidence I need when wearing knit dresses or tops. It firms without cinching too tightly--I can still breathe and move comfortably. I originally ordered an XL based on my weight/height (5'6" and 180 lbs) but found it to be too long in the torso. When I used the online chat feature to inquire about an exchange, the company sent me the next size down and asked that I donate the original one to a women's shelter. Shipping was super fast, too. Now THAT's customer service! Great product, great company--I'll be a return customer!
All My Curves In The Right Places!
Shapermint is my go to for all the things that keep my curves just where I want them! They have never let me down. Whether it's was my Son's wedding and that blue beaded dress I wore! My husband couldn't stop smiling! To the Picnic where Grandma here, had to keep up with a very active 5 year old granddaughter and her friends! There are never any surprises and even though I'm 61, I'm always ready for what each day brings, and I feel as good as I did when I was chasing 4 kids under 10 and was 35! Aiming to Please
Very happy with Shapermint's satisfaction guarantee policy. When the first bra I ordered was too small around, they replaced it with another larger size. It's nice that the bra with hooks has an extender tab included. I would still advise people to go up a size. I like the wide straps. However, I am having a slight problem with the bottom of the bra which extends down a bit so as not to cut in under the cups, but I seem to have a problem with that strip rolling up. That is the case with both the hook and slip-on bras. Other than that, they are very comfortable, as far as bras go.
Great products and great prices
I bought my first two bras with a great deal of skepticism. I have purchased items from Instagram and FB ads before and found them to be totally wanting and often the poorest quality ones are from companies outside of the US. I was grateful that this company is a US company and even more grateful that the bras were great! I love them. Comfy. I actually purchased two more. I did read the comments to see if the sizing presented was accurate and ordered accordingly. The first two were sized as advertised (I always order one size up on most bras.) The prices were remarkable good also.
Great product, great customer service, great fit
Ordering on line is the new norm and for a new mom with an ever changing body, finding anything that fit is difficult. Thinking I was going to pop back to my postpartum size, I foolishly ordered too small. Shapermint's return/exchange process is super easy and that's important to a mom with two kids who has little time to do anything. Once I received the correct sizing it's just such a great feeling to look in the mirror and feel beautiful. These product are super flattering and really help contour my ever changing body shape. Breathable, soft, lift and tuck in all the right areas. I'm hooked!
Wondering When?
My title is wondering when? Because I was ALWAYS wondering when will I ever put on a comfortable bra that don't break Into my skin from the shoulders or under my breast. Wondering when will I ever be able to wear leggings pants that won't roll down. Omg then came the experience to try on the brand Shapermint. I can truly say I'm 52 years old and I have finally found the most comfortable bra and the leggings omg it's a blessing to have Shapermint and I continue to find more garments to wear that make me feel great while I am wearing Shapermint. It's a bit pricey but it's worth it. I'm very happy
Worth Every Penny
I ordered my high waisted leggings from the Instagram Ad before Christmas. Due to high demand and Covid there were delays, but the company kept me apprised. I had ordered based on my hip and waist measurements, and when the leggings arrived they fit them beautifully. However, I am small around the torso, and they tended to gap and slide. When I posted my review, which was quite positive, the company offered me replacement leggings one size down, at no cost. I was flabbergasted. Those have arrived and I am very happy with their comfort and the sturdy fabric. I would certainly recommend these. They do what they advertise.
Fantastic Customer Service
I ordered a pair of Empetua high waisted leggings. Based on my measurements, I guesstimated I should try a size 2XL. When they arrived, I found they were a bit too loose for my body. I was going to keep them anyways but I did comment on my purchase that I probably should have ordered a size smaller.
Customer Support reached out to me and offered to exchange them for an XL, at absolutely no cost to me.
Within 3 weeks, the XL arrived at my doorstep and they are a better fit for my body. I didn't even have to return the 2XL which had originally been shipped.
I'm very impressed with the customer support I received. It's so refreshing to see that someone actually reads/reviews comments and takes the extra step to make things right. That's rare these days.
Save your money- Scam!
I ordered the high waisted shorts and was offered a free cami July 18th. I got my confirmation email within a day and was told it would arrive in 3-4 days but instead of a cami, I would get a wireless bralette. Whatever, it was free and I was more interested in the shorts for my family pictures in Aug. I checked the status of my order a week later only to discover that it was in Illinois and awaiting 3rd party pick up. 4 days later, it hadn't moved, so I contacted customer service and they replied with the tracking info. I tried again and had a ticket made inquiring about my order and why wasn't it moving. I stated that I needed the item by Aug. 14th or I would like a refund. They replied that they would send a replacement and asked for an address confirmation. I replied yes that was my address. A reply came the next day on the 9th that it would be sent and to expect it in 4-8 days, so it still may not arrive in time. In short, neither order ever arrived as I write this on the 16th. I asked for a refund and am still awaiting a reply which will probably take another 6 weeks. So don't buy into the hype, this is a scam.
Recommendation: Nooooooo.

Not as advertised - buyer beware! SCAM Site!
Shapermint sent me products that aren't as advertised, and then did their best to make returning them impossible.
The reasons for the return are that the products are defective. The camis are see-through, despite not being see-through in product pictures. The bodysuit rolls up on the legs, despite being advertised as being made to avoid rolling up or down; I can clearly see there actually isn't a sticky strip or any boning to prevent rolling.
I went through Shapermint's online system to make returns, but their system malfunctioned, and my effort there was wasted. So I opened the chat feature so a real person could help me.
I shared that I live in a rural area, and making a return was going to be very difficult for me. For starters, I have no access to a printer to print a return label, and would need to travel at least an hour (& pay for parking) at a library to use their printer.
I shared that the nearest post office was an hour away; while there is a drop box near me, there is not a staffed post office, and the closest staffed office has limited hours, meaning I have to take PTO from work to make the trip for the return.
I asked many times for Shapermint to mail me a return label so I could use my local drop box and avoid all of these issues. I was denied.
Instead, Shapermint assured me that the post office an hour away would be able to print my return label for me, saving me the trip to the library printer; I just had to show them a QR code for them to scan to do so. Shapermint lied; after a long drive and waiting in line, the postal workers told me that they do not print labels.
I've used an hour of precious PTO for a wasted trip, on the guidance of Shapermint. I wasted more in time, gas money, and PTO than the products I wish to return are actually worth. And I'm still facing the prospect of spending considerable hours, and more PTO, to complete the return.
I am disappointed with the lack of customer service. I am not hopeful that Shapermint will mail me a return label. I feel scammed at this point.
Since Shapermint solicits reviews, I left two very accurate reviews of the poorly made products on Shapermint's website. Those reviews have disappeared from Shapermint's site; only the very positive, glowing reviews appear. I expect this is true for others' reviews as well, and that Shapermint practices deleting reviews that are not favorable. I feel deceived, as the favorable reviews were a deciding factor for me to shop with Shapermint.
I filed a complaint with the BBB, and in doing so, discovered that Shapermint is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau. I also learned that Shapermint is actually based in Uruguay, even though it names New York on its website. This means US citizens have little to no recourse when Shapermint sends products that are defective, and then follows up with ineffective and dishonest customer support.
Before You Fall For Those Colorful YouTube Ads - Here's The Reality
Normally I don't give single-star reviews however I saw all of the good reviews on the products and decided to try them. I, too, fell for those colorful YouTube advertisements. SOME of the products are decent (the leggings) however the shapewear really isn't, more detailed review below. This site isn't what you think, or what they represent themselves to be to the public. Here's my personal experience.
LIE NUMBER 1: WE SELL LOTS OF BRANDS: Apart from Emputa and Cocoon brands, as this site represents itself as being a site that sells all name brand shapewear, however in reality it sells 1 item by Wacoal (a bra which is priced far beyond Wacoal's standard retail price likely so that no one will actually order it.) It comes in a choice of 2 colors, 3 sizes and is severely out of date. They have another bra by Bally listed which has been perpetually out of stock for months. Other than that, it's Emputa or Cocoon or nothing.
LIE NUMBER 2: QUALITY: The site mainly pushes the Emputa and Cocoon brand shapewear. These are low-mid quality products typically sold via Amazon and often through other discount sites. If you've ever bought cheap China-made items via Vipon, which offers coupon codes for Amazon products that are made in Asia and are of lower quality, then you know about what I'm referring to. While the shapewear isn't horrible, it's sure not worth the listed prices.
LIE NUMBER 3: FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES: This couldn't be further from the truth. First, to return an item at all, it's a $6.95 return fee. Then they give you a choice: you may shop now online with the amount you're trying to have refunded or, you can pay a FEE to have the money returned to the original form of payment. Then there's the issue of shipping. I'm surprised the FCC or BBB has not called them out on this blatant lie yet.
LIE NUMBER 4: EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES: This is really the most blatant of all. Upon ordering, I'd set up an account. Now when I try to login all I receive are error messages. I've input all my information correctly, all I'm trying to do is return items that don't work.
REVIEWS OF THE PRODUCTS: I purchased a lot of products here in my one and only purchase. Here's my reviews: I am 5'7" and 155 lbs. and my measurements are 3 8D- 30-38 and ordered size Medium in everything.
THE FREE TOTE: it's weightless, paper thin and cheaply made so it's perfect for lightweight carrying of your new shape wear! 5 stars.
THE FREE LAUNDRY BAG: It's great quality. Works well. 5 stars.
THE EMPUTA HIGH WAIST SHAPING BRIEF: The stay up band is excellent but it's so high waisted it will comes up over my chest and the compression would be considered "a light hug" in Spanx language. The top stays in place perfectly but the leg openings are so small they cut off your circulation. I have long, lean legs so someone with weight to hide, this would be a possible SERIOUS ISSUE not to mention the lack of circulation, especially if diabetic. 1 Stars.
THE EMPUTA HIGH WAISTED SHAPING SHORTS: These give Spanx a run because they're super comfortable and work. I wear them as bike shorts. There isn't much compression though. 4 Stars.
THE EMPUTA AT WAIST SHAPING SHORTS: Another perfect item except for the waistband. Lord it's not even sewn right and it's a weird band like I can't even describe, stay away from these seriously. They cause an odd muffin top. No real compression however they smooth the legs but that waistband... 1 Star.
THE EMPUTA LOUNGE LEGGINGS: These are super comfy. I'd wear these daily. Thin like runner's tights. 5 Stars.
THE EMPUTA HIGH WAISTED LEGGINGS: These are very comfy but come with a waist that reaches the chest. Comfy. 5 Stars.
THE COCOON SHAPING CAMI: Terribly strange material, cuts off the circulation and the straps are not adjustable. If you are extremely short, you may like this though but not if you're over 5 feet tall. High compression. 3 Stars.
So, I'd recommend going to a store like any discount store and just buying the shapewear there because it's cheaper, better quality and you can try it on. This is next to impossible to return and the quality isn't so great.
Life is too short to bother with a poorly-run company as this!
I use online retailers all the time, and I have to say, this has been the WORST experience from start to finish.
First off, I went to their site from an ad listing a pretty good deal, however half the items they were promoting were sold out- ok cool, I thought, they must be popular/ legit. I place my order for a few things for an upcoming trip, and IMMEDIATELY start getting spammed on FB Messenger 4 TIMES A DAY about placing more orders, *amazingdeals being run on the (out of stock!) items, etc. Seriously!? I haven't gotten my original items yet, stop blowing up my messages harassing me for another purchase! I asked them to stop messaging me, and it all just went downhill from there.
I placed my order Oct 30th for items intended to be used on a trip that was scheduled 17 days later- should have been plenty of time to receive the items, navigate returns, etc. since they say delivery is expected 4-6 days after ordering. I get an email after 8 days, asking me "how did I like my items?"- well, I haven't gotten my items yet- what the heck!? So I go to the site to try to look things up, there's no tracking info for my items/ nor did I get the email with info as promised, so I email them asking for a status. I receive auto-generated emails, but no real answer other than to "just wait a few more days". 12 days after I placed my order, I go back to look up the status, it says my items have BEEN DELIVERED but actually, no- they haven't been and my carrier confirms they didn't deliver anything on the day indicated- and STILL no tracking number for the shipment had been issued (so how do they know if they were delivered or not?). I contacted customer support, asking where my stuff was/ what was tracking number; or if they hadn't shipped it yet, to just cancel my order altogether and give me a refund, it's too late now. I get a bunch of auto-generated emails ("we'll get back to you in 24hours"... "48hours, our email system is on the fritz"... "reply to this email if you need more help"), to which I replied 3 times asking for a human/ more info, but get NOTHING. Come time for my trip- still no items, so I have to go out and purchase others at the very last minute- so frustrating, and now, double expense. (I wish then I had contacted my cc company to force a charge back!)
I get home from the trip 3 weeks later, and find a mess of packages. They shipped my order after all, but not until AFTER I had left for my trip mid-November, and STILL did not reply to me with a status/ tracking number/ acknowledgement of my issue as requested.
I no longer need a million shaper garments, since I had to buy replacements for these, so I email requesting a return authorization even though its been over a month since the original order date, since it took them nearly a month to ship them to me. ANOTHER series of auto-generated emails- "we'll get back to you in 24hours"... "48hours, our email system is on the fritz" (really? Its been almost 2 months, your email system is still acting up!?)... "reply to this email if you need more help". One of the emails lists a link to use to return my items. I click on it, and all but one of the items says they're not eligible to be returned since they "weren't fulfilled". Well, not only do I have them in my hand, but they also charged me for them back in October. It's now December 17th. I've asked AGAIN for a human to intervene... but I get instead a series of auto-generated emails, and no real answers.
This is literally THE WORST online shopping experience I've ever had. From the massive amount of marketing spam after placing my order, tto the complete lack of traceability of the order in the system, to no idea if their orders were fulfilled or not, to the complete lack of real customer service, to the inability to actually handle a return/ refund... I have no idea what kind of business they're running, but it's NOT aligned with their mission and feel-good BS and promises about standing behind their product as they say in all their marketing materials.
I would say it's a scam, except I did actually receive products in the end, however too late to use for the intended purpose... and none of them fit/ would have done the job anyway (as it turns out).
It's been an extremely frustrating experience.
My advice- stay away/ don't bother. Take your shaper wear needs elsewhere- life is too short to bother with a poorly-run company like this.

I placed an order which the website said orders over $70 you received free shipping. Well I was charged for shipping. I entered the access code also, yet was still charged. It also said if you order 2 leggings you get a discount. So I hit the button to get the discount but it ordered 2 pairs plus the original pair I put in the cart. I only wanted 2 pairs not 3.
I would like to be refunded for the shipping & I will be sending back the additional pair

I am so disappointed in Sharpermint
I have tried for two months to discontinue my membership with this company. I requested wide strap cami's and I continued to get the narrow ones. I have tried to complain because when I received several narrow straps as presents from friends after leaving the hospital, Shapermint Customer Service required that I just though so many hoops - it simply made no sense. These were present that had been unworn and still in packages.
Now I have been trying for two months to cancel my membership also with my reaching and connecting with 5 different customer service members and yet again I still cannot find that link to 'cancel my membership'. I'm still be charged for monthly service and I don't want to continue with this agency.
Can anyone truly help? Customer service is simply horrible.

Confusing Customer Service and Missing Promos: My Experience with Shapermint
I was so hyped when I got my package from Shapermint today. I signed up for their membership because they were giving away a "free shaper panty" and I got a bra and some pants. I haven't tried the pants yet, but the bra had a snag. They asked me to send in a picture of the pulled fabric and then sent me another one right away without really asking me what I wanted to do. I mean, I don't even know if it fits or not... So when I was taking pictures, the customer service lady told me that if I didn't answer back within a minute the call would be ended. She told me to take the pics for her... So that was kinda weird.
Then I asked her and another agent about where the free panty was. It showed up as a free item in my cart, but the email I got didn't mention it at all. She said that maybe it wasn't shipped and all they could offer me was a 20% coupon. I was like, "Well, why didn't you just send it with the other bra?" I also asked her if I needed to return the bra I got, and she said no. But then they sent me an email about returning the item. This company is so confusing.
The other agent just straight-up ignored my question when I asked about the free panty promo. So be careful with their pink promotional bar at the top. I don't think I'll keep my subscription. :/ I haven't even tried the pants yet, so who knows if they'll fit or not. All in all, I'm not super impressed with Shapermint.
Shapermint Review: Disappointing Customer Service and Out of Stock Items
So, I was super stoked to get my hands on some new shapewear from Shapermint. I placed my order and eagerly awaited its arrival. However, after a week went by with no shipping notification, I received an email saying that the color of the leggings I chose was out of stock. Bummer, right? I decided to wait until they were back in stock, but then I didn't hear anything for almost another whole week! I was getting antsy, so I reached out to their customer service team to ask about the status of my order.
Let me tell you, it was a bit of a hassle trying to get answers. They only do chat, no in-person calls, which was a bit frustrating. After some back and forth, the rep finally told me that the bra I had ordered was also out of stock. What?! I was never notified about this! And to top it off, they hadn't even finished processing the order for the items that were in stock, with no plan to ship them to me anytime soon. Not cool, Shapermint. Not cool at all.
I was pretty upset at this point and asked for a total refund of my order. But did they make any amends? Nope. They acted relieved that they didn't have to deal with the order they botched up on their end. I gave them opportunities to make it right, but they didn't even try. Instead, they offered me a coupon off my next order, but I would have to spend at least $50. Are you kidding me? Why would I ever want to order from them again after this botch job of a first experience?
To make matters worse, I looked at their competitors and realized that they are overpriced for the quality they provide. Boo, Shapermint. Boo. Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience with Shapermint. They should have done the right thing and kept their customers happy, but they didn't. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Shapermint Review: Disappointing Order and Frustrating Exchange Process
I gotta say, I was pretty excited to try out Shapermint after hearing some good things from friends. But my first order was a bit of a letdown - I didn't even get what I originally requested! Apparently there were some supply issues, but still, it was a bummer. They did send me a form email about their exchange and return policy, but honestly, who wants to deal with all that hassle for a product they didn't even order?
Anyway, my first order was supposed to be a black and beige 2 pack of Empetua scoop neck camis. Instead, I got black and black. Not the end of the world, but I was really hoping for a lighter color. So I decided to give Shapermint another chance and placed a second order. This time, I got the same 2 pack of Empetua camis (black and beige) and added an everyday tank in black and a tank cami in black.
But then, I got a notice that there was a change to my order - the black tank was now a black cami. Okay, fine. But then I got another notice that something had changed again, and this time the form was blank so I had no idea what they replaced it with. Not a great start.
When my shipment finally arrived 16 days later, I was pretty disappointed. Instead of the items I ordered, I got all brown scoop neck tanks. Ugh. So now I have to go through their exchange/return process, which I'm really hoping isn't too complicated. It would have been nice if someone had responded to my email inquiries instead of just sending bot emails that felt more dismissive than helpful.
All in all, I'm not sure if I'll be ordering from Shapermint again. The products seem fine, but the ordering and communication process was just too frustrating for me.

With so many rave reviews, I eagerly placed an order, purchasing two pairs of leggings and one pair of shaper shorts. I was careful to follow their size charts to ensure I selected the right sizes.
Excitedly, I tried on the high-waisted shaping leggings first. Despite being comfortable, and feeling as if they would stay in place over long-term use, I immediately noticed they were see-through. Upon closer inspection, I even found a hole in the crotch! I then tried on the active leggings, and was dismayed to find that they were even more transparent than the first pair. The fabric was incredibly thin and didn't seem like athletic or compression material. I was sorely disappointed.
Lastly, I tried on the shaper shorts. They fit well, but were a bit loose in the waistband. However, due to the terrible quality of the leggings, I was already feeling pretty disenchanted with the brand. I decided to contact the company to ask for a refund. Unfortunately, the only option was an online chat, which was a bit frustrating. The customer service representative repeatedly tried to convince me to exchange the items instead of getting a refund, which I found incredibly annoying. Eventually, they informed me that I'd need to pay a fee to return the items for a refund. Despite feeling this was unfair, I ultimately agreed to the fee. However, now I'm left waiting for my refund approval and reading other reviews from customers who struggled with the returns. It's all very concerning.
At this point, I feel quite disappointed with Shapermint. I don't recommend it to others, and would suggest shopping elsewhere. Their products are not only falsely advertised, but the customer service is far from satisfactory.

I ordered an item in September with the expectation that it would arrive in five business days, but it never did. When I reached out to customer service, I was informed that I needed to create an account to track my package, but I was never told that I needed an invitation to do so.
After finally gaining access to my account, I learned that my package was supposedly delivered on October 17th. However, customer service then informed me that it actually arrived in Canada on October 1st. Frustrated and demanding a refund, I was repeatedly told that I would only receive a 20% discount if my package ever arrived. And despite my package never actually arriving, Shapermint refused to provide me with a refund.
To add insult to injury, I later discovered that there is a fee to become a member of this company. Needless to say, I have taken steps to ensure that I am not charged by Shapermint again in the future. It's worth noting that Shapermint is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau, and there are numerous negative reviews, much like my own, online.
In summary, I caution potential customers to proceed with caution when considering Shapermint. My experience with their subpar customer service and inability to provide a satisfactory resolution was incredibly disappointing. And while I can't provide proof of purchase due to their failure to deliver my package, I urge others to learn from my experience before wasting their money on this company.
Shapermint Review: Poor Customer Service and Unreliable Stock Information
I recently had an experience with Shapermint and it was not a good one. I ordered an item from their website and was excited to receive it. However, I soon received an email from them saying that the item was out of stock and they would be sending me a different item instead. I was not happy about this, as I did not want the substitute item they were offering.
I tried to contact their customer service, but was disappointed to find out that there was no human customer service representative available to help me. Instead, I was directed to their Customer Zen service, where I sent a notice telling them not to substitute the unwanted item. However, the responses I received were all computer-generated and did not address my concerns.
To make matters worse, my email inbox was constantly bombarded with Shapermint sales advertising the very items they claimed they couldn't ship me because they were out of stock. It was frustrating to see these emails every day, knowing that I would never receive the item I had originally ordered.
When I corresponded with the Shapermint online customer representative on their website, they always told me that the items were in stock and that I would be shipped within 24-48 hours after our conversation. However, a few days later, I received an email telling me that the items they said were in stock just the day before were now out of stock and they were refunding my money.
I felt like I was caught in a never-ending cycle of emails telling me that my order couldn't be shipped because an item was out of stock, and fake promises from customer service that my order would be processed in 24-48 hours. When I tried to get them to confirm whether or not the item was in stock and when it would be shipped, they offered me a full refund instead.
Overall, my experience with Shapermint was a frustrating one. I don't understand how they stay in business with such poor customer service and unreliable stock information. It's a shame, because I was really looking forward to receiving the item I had ordered. In my opinion, this company is a $#*!-hole company and I would not recommend them to anyone.
Shapermint Review: Non-Existent Customer Service and Unclear Shipping Policies
So, I recently lost some weight and decided to treat myself to a new swimsuit for an upcoming vacation. I stumbled upon Shapermint and was excited to see their selection of two-piece swimsuits. I placed my order and was hopeful that I would receive it in time for my trip on June 22nd. However, I quickly realized that the 5-8 day processing and shipping times were for the US only and that it might take much longer for my package to arrive in Canada.
Despite this setback, I was still excited when I received a DHL tracking number on Monday, June 3rd. However, I soon discovered that I had made a typo with my postal code and was unable to track my package. I reached out to DHL customer service, but they were unable to help me and directed me to contact the seller.
This is where things started to go downhill. I quickly discovered that Shapermint's customer service is non-existent. I received two automatic response emails asking if I had received my order and other frequently asked questions. It became clear that this was going to be a big issue and that I would not receive my swimsuit before my trip, if at all.
I wish I had read the reviews before spending $95 Canadian on a swimsuit that I might not even receive. It's frustrating that a simple typo with my postal code could result in my package being returned to Shapermint. I wish I could reach a live person in customer service to help me resolve this issue.
Overall, I would not recommend Shapermint to anyone. Their lack of customer service and unclear shipping policies make it a risky choice for online shopping.
Charges to my debit card when I did not make a purchase
Several months ago I did buy some bras from shapermint using my debit card. Now 3 months later I see that on 5/15 there were two charges for 4.99 each on the same day and I have not bought anything from you in months. This stinks of fraud. I have tried to call you but the number listed online has too many digits. The robotic IT help was useless and wanted me to pay a dollar just to get help. This is outrageous that you are running a business and no one can effectively contact you. I need those charges to my debit card returned and for someone to contact me confirming that. If I don't hear from you within 48 hours I will be forced to write a negative and fraudulent review everywhere I can find online.
