I am writing to formally document my extremely disappointing experience with Shapermint regarding two orders placed on December 21, 2025, and the ongoing lack of resolution.
Order #1 – SM12454154-TR
This order was received on January 13, 2026. I ordered three identical bras in the same size; however, one item was shipped in a larger size, indicating a clear quality control issue.
At the request of your representative, I sent photographs and details of the incorrect item to your customer service email (Hello@Shapermint.com). Despite this, I was repeatedly asked to resend the same information. After significant back-and-forth and wasted time, a supervisor (Cici) ultimately agreed to send the correct size without requiring a return, acknowledging the inconvenience caused.
Order #2 – SM12450878-TR
This order was incorrectly flagged by Shapermint as a “duplicate” order and placed on hold without any attempt to contact me for verification. This is illogical, as the order was less than half the value($$) of Order #1 and contained different items.
After escalation, supervisor Cici confirmed on January 17, 2026, that the order was processed and provided reference number 10171917, stating that tracking information would be sent within 24–48 hours. To date, no tracking information has been provided, and the order remains undelivered.
Additional Concerns
Shapermint does not provide any phone number to reach a live representative.
The automated chat system (“Rachel Mint”) is ineffective and prevents escalation.
Repeated attempts to reach a supervisor have failed.
Items were intended as gifts and were not delivered in time, forcing me to purchase replacements at additional personal expense($$$).
Due to the unresolved issues, lack of communication, and excessive time spent attempting to resolve problems that were not of my making, I will not be ordering from Shapermint again.
If the matter for Order #2 (SM12450878-TR) is not resolved immediately (within the next 24 hours), I will proceed with formal complaints through my credit card issuer and the Better Business Bureau, as well as public consumer review platforms.
I request immediate confirmation of:
1. The shipment status, tracking information, and expected date of delivery, for Order #2
Shapermint promotes a “Passion for Customer Delight,” yet my experience demonstrates the exact opposite.
Delivery delays are repeatedly excused rather than resolved, commitments are made without follow-through, and customers are left without access to meaningful support.
The longstanding business principle of “under promise and over deliver” appears to have been replaced by over-promising and under-delivering, with little accountability.
This pattern reflects systemic issues rather than an isolated incident and warrants serious internal review.
Many companies are struggling in today’s market, yet Shapermint continues to advertise aggressively, giving countless reasons why women should purchase their products. Unfortunately, their ability to support customers after the order is placed does not match their marketing claims. Advertising promises are only meaningful when there is reliable follow-through, and in my experience, Shapermint consistently falls short.
Timely delivery, accurate fulfillment, and accessible customer service are not optional in today’s retail environment—they are essential. Shapermint’s lack of follow-through, missed delivery commitments, and inaccessible support raise serious concerns about their long-term viability.
Consumers should be aware that the same products are available through platforms such as AMAZON, where timely delivery, responsive customer service, and quality control are standard. These are critical factors for customers today, especially as many businesses struggle to remain competitive.
If Shapermint does not address these systemic customer service failures, one has to question whether the company will remain in business through the end of 2026.
