Shapermint review: Negative

Poor customer service and chat. After contacting the company of a complaining of a rash, itching after my purchase, not one response from them. I'm not sure if I received a bra that had been worn or what but I had to purchase some anti itch cream to help in this matter. I purchased 3 bra's but have only worn one of them, I'm afraid to wear the others. What a shame that not one person reached out to me to care enough about my situation.
