Lilly Pulitzer I orderd a Lilly Pulitzer Tunic Dress and it was not good

I orderd a Lilly Pulitzer Tunic Dress and it was not good. I sent it back with Fed Express and they never gave me my $198.00 back. I tried to email and call but no one answered. Can someone help me fix this? Thanks.
