I bought two dresses and a pair of cargos and only kept one dress for my birthday. I returned the other two items in the SAME parcel as instructed. And they are refusing to refund the dress claiming they haven’t received it. But they have returned the cargos WHICH WERE IN THE SAME BAG. Been in contact with them and they’re outright saying it was never in there so I don’t have the dress or the money. Honestly an absolute rip off. I’ve always shopped at oh Polly but the overall quality of products, customer service and just general how they treat their customers is in the bin. Don’t shop here you won’t get your money back.

USmy daughter ordered a dress for her birthday and it has been lost in delivery. tracking information says that the post office received the package. the post office says that there was nothing in that package they don't have anything to deliver to my daughter. and now apparently in order to get refunded for something that you never received you had to buy purchase protection. to me that sounds like a scam pay extra money and we'll guarantee that you actually get the item you ordered? shoddy customer service my daughter spent her hard-earned money as a 19 year old to get a dress to wear for her birthday which is long past and never received the dress. will never order another thing from oh polly again.

I ordered 5 items of clothing from Oh Polly, totaling $400. I added express shipping as well. When delivered, I received 3 items from oh Polly, none of which were any of the 5 items i initially ordered. They asked for me to send the mistaken items back , but on the return page, there was no selection to return the items that were sent to me by mistake. All i asked was to still expedite my initial order as i ended up sending back the items that were sent by mistake. They said they could not refund my money although they can see that i sent back the items that were sent by mistake. I asked multiple times that i would rather receive my initial items then a refund. They refused to do so and had the nerve to tell me that i can replace my order even though i have yet to be refunded for my initial order. There is no phone number to make this process easy. It’s all via email that appears to be automated. Since i spent money to expedite my order, i would have thought they would just still send my initial order.

Tbh, my first ohpolly.com order was a total nightmare. I was super excited to receive some new clothes for my birthday, but ended up being disappointed. They messed up the invoice paper, which caused me to have to pay an additional 80 euros as tax. I wasn't prepared to pay that, so I had to return the package right from the customs house, all thanks to their mistake! To add insult to injury, I was left with not even a single piece of clothing to celebrate my special day with. It was a mess!

Unfortunately, my second ohpolly.com order didn't fare much better. They made the same mistake again with the invoice paper, which meant that I had to pay more tax yet again. This time they told me they could compensate me for the mistake, but it wasn't so easy. Once I took my parcel out from the customs house after paying the taxes, I sent over the receipt to Oh Polly for the compensation. They then started to ask me for a bunch of other stuff as evidence that I had paid off the taxes. It was a kind of a back and forth for a while and I felt like it was a waste of my time.

All in all, I honestly don't think it's worth my time and money to spend 270 euros on three dresses only to be met with all of these inconveniences. It was not only a lot of extra taxes but also a huge waste of time. I had to drive all the way to the customs house multiple times. It was especially frustrating because Oh Polly's mistake was the root cause of the issue in the first place.

To be honest, I would only recommend that you order from here if you have an abundant amount of money and patience to spare.

Probably not many reviews have been left by me, but I gotta say that the stuff you get on Oh Polly's exquisite website and the way they treat their customers is really outstanding.

Let me tell you that the quality and the seams on the clothes I ordered (mostly from the swim collection) are really over my expectations. Getting a bikini for less than $50, yet having that kind of precision and quality? It's not something you can see everywhere.

I had to exchange a few pieces for different sizes/styles and I was amazed by the three lovely ladies who assisted me (Sarah, Stephanie, and Molly). They truly were prompt and courteous, really went beyond the standard service to get me sorted out and sent out the replacements before my original package even got back to them. This was great, as I already had some travel plans and the delivery wouldn't have made it on time.

Last but not least, the shipping was so quick! I could hardly believe it honestly. Getting a delivery within the same week was just awesome. Hats off to Oh Polly for this amazing service!

Not only did it not show up on my account, but after trying to sort it out over multiple emails, it still wasn't fixed. And to top it all off, now I can't even access my account at all!

I mean, come on, Oh Polly. What kind of customer service is this? It's like talking to a wall. And it's clear that there's some kind of technical issue going on here, but it seems like they just can't figure it out. I've even had someone else log in on their account with the same browser on my phone and they had no problems, so clearly it's an issue with my account specifically.

But the real kicker was when they suggested that I go ahead and pay for next day delivery anyway and they'll "reimburse it later." Are you kidding me? Let me get this straight. You can't provide the service I already paid for, but I should go ahead and pay for it again on the hopes that you'll give me my money back eventually? No thank you.

At this point, I'm just fed up and want my money back. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. And if I don't get a resolution soon, you better believe I'll be taking it up with my bank and getting a chargeback. This is just unacceptable. I shouldn't have to pay for poor customer service and a nonexistent delivery service.

Overall, I'd say that Oh Polly has a long way to go when it comes to customer service. They really need to work on their communication skills, as well as their technical issues. Until then, I'll be shopping elsewhere.

I ordered some clothes from Oh Polly back in November, y'all. It's already January, and I'm still waiting for my stuff. Oy, let me just say - Oh Polly is NOT the business to mess around with. As soon as I ordered my clothes on August 23rd, I was given an order number, but it didn't work when I tried tracking it. So like, I placed an order on Oh Polly's website (ohpolly.com) and it was for a pretty big amount, over $400 to be exact. The payment process seemed fine at first, but then they hit me up saying that there was an issue with some of the payment deets. They asked for my photo ID, which I had to provide within 24 hours. I did it and got confirmation that my payment had been accepted and my package was gonna be shipped soon.

But then guess what? Weeks went by and I still hadn't received my package. I was starting to stress because I was counting on these items for a photo shoot at the end of the week. I had to hit up customer service again to see what was up with my order. And you know what they told me? They said that my payment had "timed out" and that they were gonna refund me within 48 hours.

The only problem was that I accidentally entered the wrong house number when I placed my order. I quickly emailed Oh Polly to fix it and they responded with a tracking number that I could check on the DHL website.

But when I checked the DHL site, it said that there was no package under that number. This was now three days after I placed my order, and I was supposed to receive my package today. I was starting to panic, especially since I needed the dress for a dance coming up in a week.

I decided to call DHL to inquire about the package and they said that it was possible that their depot had not yet received the package, which is why it was not showing up on their system. This was quite concerning, as I had paid extra for an express delivery and expected to receive the package within the promised timeframe.

I contacted Oh Polly about the issue, but I kept receiving the same automated response with the same tracking number. I was feeling pretty frustrated at this point. I really needed the house number for delivery changed and the dress posted to me as soon as possible.

Alternatively, I could reorder the bikini set for another £40. Unfortunately, I couldn't afford to spend another £40 on top of what I had already paid. So, I was left with no choice but to go for the first option.

Since it was Oh Polly's mistake, I requested that they cover the cost of postage for my return. After some back-and-forth, the representative agreed to do so as long as I provided proof of the postage receipt. A few more hiccups later, I was finally able to get the postage refund sorted.

However, things didn't go smoothly from there. I waited 10 days for my exchange, but instead of receiving the correct item, I got an email saying that they had refunded me instead. I was so confused and frustrated! To make matters worse, when I checked the website to see if the bikini set was still in stock, it was sold out! All the time I had wasted trying to sort out the incorrect order caused me to lose out on getting the product I wanted.

As if that wasn't bad enough, when I checked my refund, I noticed that Oh Polly had deducted £3.95 from the amount I had paid! They had apparently "forgotten" that they were supposed to cover the cost of postage and just took the money out of my refund. I'm still missing £3.95 after this whole ordeal.

I have to say, I will never be purchasing anything from Oh Polly again. The whole experience was a headache and a complete waste of my time and money. It's not rocket science to double check orders before shipping them out. Hopefully, other customers won't have to go through the same frustrating experience I did!

The experience I had with Oh Polly was not a good one. I was excited when I placed an order for a white satin dress, hoping to wear it to an event last weekend. I was very careful selecting the right size, as the fabric wouldn't have much stretch. According to Oh Polly's size chart, a size 6 is 33-25.2-36.2. I thought this would be perfect because I'm a 33-25-35/6. However, I was wrong!

The size chart notes that if you have a bigger bust, you should try sizing up. Don't get me wrong, big busts are lovely, but so are little busts. My bust size is average, and the size 6 should fit me according to their size guide. Unfortunately, when I received the dress, I unwrapped it and excitedly put it on, but guess what? The top part of the dress cannot be zipped up, not even close. We're talking over an inch of distance between the zipper, and even if I did manage to zip it up (which was impossible), my nipples would be exposed to the world!

I contacted Oh Polly's customer service right away to tell them that the dress does not fit and to let them know that the size chart doesn't reflect what I have received. Annie, who was the representative handling my case, responded by telling me to return the dress at my own expense and to place a new order up 1 or 2 sizes. But I am not a size 10! Oh Polly will only refund the cost of shipping (for another dress, not the return) as a gesture of goodwill for a dress that I would not have received in time for my event (which I had already mentioned to them).

After many emails, I realized that Oh Polly's customer service was terrible. They were not helping me with my concerns, and they provided me with no other option than to return the dress at my own cost. Oh Polly is only fulfilling their legal requirement of being mandated to give a refund under UK Law (minus shipping, unless the item is faulty).

Interestingly, under the Consumer Rights Act (2015) in the UK, the item must be as described, and the goods supplied must match any description given to you, or any models or samples shown to you at the time of purchase. If they do not, then they are faulty. In my case, the dress was faulty because it did not fit according to the size chart provided by Oh Polly.

Now, I will be out of pocket for the express shipping charge of £7.99 plus $23-30 AUD to send it back to the UK, which is $38-45 AUD in shipping alone! For nothing! I used the size chart that Oh Polly provided, and I made sure to correctly measure myself before placing the order. Oh Polly's sizing is ridiculously off, and their chart is incorrect. I will now be out of pocket for a lot of money due to them denying this.

I do not recommend purchasing from Oh Polly. Their customer service is terrible, and even though I couldn't wear the dress, I noticed that the quality of the fabric isn't the greatest either.

This time around, I wanted to buy a dress from Oh Polly. Now, normally I wear UK 4-6 and US 0-2, so I wasn't expecting any issues with sizing. However, upon receiving and trying on my UK 6 dress, I quickly realized that there was a major problem with the fit. Ladies, let me tell you - the dress was so small that it felt like it was made for a pre-teen.

I'm not going to lie, I was pretty disappointed. I mean, I've worn Oh Polly dresses in the past and they were perfect. So what happened this time? I have a sneaky suspicion that the sample sizes may need some rethinking. Maybe someday Oh Polly will realize that most women aren't children-sized adults with no curves!

I decided to go with the "Sandcastle Ruched Cropped T-Shirt Bikini Top in Cream" and the "Sandcastle Strappy High Rise Thong Bikini Bottoms in Cream." At first glance, this bikini set definitely caught my attention and I was excited to give it a try.

After trying it on, I have mixed feelings about this set. While the top is super cute and could definitely double as a shirt, the bottoms were a different story. I have to admit, I was a little disappointed with the amount of material provided in the bottoms. There was barely enough to cover anything and my behind was basically exposed. I felt quite uncomfortable wearing them and on top of that, I was sweating quite a bit in the top.

Recently, I made a video review featuring 7 different bikinis from 7 different online stores on my channel, Alana Arbucci. Out of all the swimsuits I tried, this one was definitely one of my least favorites. I live in Greece and the last time I ordered from them, it took a whopping 1.5 months for me to finally receive my package. That's a really long time to wait for anything, let alone some new clothes! And to make matters worse, when I finally got my package (which was order number OHP7790GB***001, by the way), it just didn't look as good on me as I had hoped. So, I decided to return it.

But here's where things got really frustrating. In order to return my order, I had to pay for the postage myself. And after contacting several different transport companies, I was told that it would cost me anywhere from 50 to 80 euro to send it back. Ugh! That means I basically have to pay twice for something that didn't even work out for me.

All in all, I think that Oh Polly is an amazing site with some really innovative clothing options. But if they want to keep their customers happy, they really need to pay more attention to their shipping and return policies. It's just really disappointing to spend that much money on something and then have to jump through all these hoops just to return it. I hope they take this feedback to heart and make some changes, because I would love to keep shopping there if they do.

Oh Polly is a brand that I have been a fan of for quite some time now. I love their dresses and a lot of their clothing items, but I have to say, I am pretty disappointed in their sizing and overall fit. I have always been a size 6/8, but when I buy dresses from Oh Polly, they are always so tight and uncomfortable. I have no idea why their sizing is so inaccurate, but it's very frustrating. I recently bought a dress in a size 8 to be on the safe side, but it was still too tight. That's why I had to buy two dresses in different sizes. It's a real hit and miss situation with Oh Polly.

Another thing that really annoys me about Oh Polly is that their clothes have no stretch at all. It's like they are made for mannequins instead of real-life women. I find this is particularly true with their dresses. They might look pretty, but they are so uncomfortable to wear.

The zippers on their clothes are also a nightmare. I cannot count how many times I have struggled to zip up the dresses I have bought from Oh Polly. They use these tiny little zippers that are so cheap and hard to fasten. I just don't understand why they can't use something more substantial.

And don't even get me started on their customer service. I had a dress that fit me perfectly, but the strap broke after I wore it just once. I contacted Oh Polly about it, but they wouldn't refund me because I had worn the dress. I mean, come on! I had only worn it for a couple of hours, and the strap completely came off. It's not like I had had the garment for weeks or anything. I found it really unfair and frustrating.

Overall, I think the clothes at Oh Polly are highly overrated for what they are. Yes, they look pretty, but they are so expensive, and the customer service is terrible. Plus, the fit is just not good. Especially if you have boobs bigger than a B cup! I've learned my lesson when it comes to buying clothes from Oh Polly and I think others should be cautious too.
