I have been trying to get in touch with someone from this company about my daughter dress that was order and was supposed to be here by the 29th of March and here it is April 05 and I have not got dress or no refund and I haven’t been able to talk to anybody about this I am pissed signed an angry unsatisfied former customer.

I ordered 3 dresses from Promlily.co.uk on 010/05/2023 after my daughter in law recommended them. My order no is PUK230415202433781 and I was led to believe that its a UK company. My suspicions were raised when the order took about 4 weeks to deliver. When the dressed arrived, they were clearly for a woman of UK size 10 and not the size 14 that I ordered.

Needless to say, they did not fit and I returned the package to the UK address which was attached to the package as the return address. When I communicated with them to inform them that I had sent the package back, they asserted that the dresses should have been returned to China and assumed that I had worn the dresses and it would take them time to steam clean them. I assured the that I had NOT worn the dresses apart from try them once. Foe me the dresses did not look as worn by the model, the quality of the material did not match my expectations.

Since then, I have been locked in a battle with this company to refund my money. They have been rude to me and at one point suggested that perhaps I should have ordered a size 18, which was highly inappropriate. I have requested for details of their distributor here in the UK because thats where I returned the dressed to, but they dont appear to comprehend what I am saying to them. The latest email from them today is that I had no consent to send the dresses back. Hello, the dresses did not fit and I want my money back. I had to pay £15.45 for the special registered delivery
