I placed an order for a bathing suit and free item, when I clicked to place order another page came up and when I clicked to return to order, item on that page was submitted with my order. Immediately contacted shapermint to no avail to cancel order, modify order., etc... Finally when I received order, free item was not there... And when I tried to return the items I did not order, instead of receiving $40+ back, I will only recieve less than half. These people are crooks
Claimed loss: 50 + dollars
Desired outcome: Return my money, send free item that i did not order and return items i did not order at the price i paid, not the price they want to give me. I paid $40 + for two items that i did not order but in returning they want to give me only $16.
