I ordered on Oct. 1, 2025 and received the order on October 14, 2025. I ordered 3X in their high waisted shaper shorts and 3X in their high waisted shaper panty. I received 4X in the shorts and XL/2XL in the panties. I tried calling, no human. I tried chat, no human. I tried messenger, no human. I would like Shapermint to exchange the items because the problem is on their side. I'm out $71.00 that I can't afford to be out of.

Desired outcome: I would like an exchange for the size that I ordered.
