Shapermint review: Being charged monthly a fee without my consent

I placed an order for cami's in November I have now noticed that in december and january they are charging my credit card a fee
December it was $7.54 and January $7.56
I have not authorized this and would like my money returned to my cdredit card.

There is no phone # so I cannot contact anyone to get this resolved
