They employee the worst customer service reps with major attitude. Called to get a copy of my deed and the lady kept telling me that they don't have a copy of the deed, only the county does. I asked her for the process of how to request any documents and she provides the email. Sent the email and never received the document because a week later they transferred my loan to another provider. Called the other provider and they said that my loan was still being processed so they can't help me. They told me to call back Selene and they should have the documents in their history. Selene rep refused to provide anything "because the loan is already transferred" and the poor excuses for reps are so grossly misinformed.
