I started with 15yrs mortgage and never delinquent nor behind any payments. I was diagnosed of chronic illness with severe anxiety and became disabled. Before treatment I called Dovenmuehle (prior lender) for medical hardship and NOT delinquency. To have an affordable monthly mortgage, my 15yrs was extended to 30 to which I agreed, and they lowered my monthly to $2154.33 and advised me not to miss any 3 payments so they can automatically send me the final modification. I complied but in the middle of my TPP, it was sold to Selene. Selene delayed me for over 5months and altered my original to COVID 19 and added an amount on the back of my loan. It was mailed to me but as soon as I received it, I called them and asked for an explanation, and no one can. Told me to disregard and another form is on the way. Next thing I know, I received a letter stating that I reject the offer which was false. after a month, I received a letter that my account was at default! This is injustice! I am still making my monthly payment but this month NOV they refuse and the agent said because I am 4mos behind! This is due to their illegal altercation that violates RESPA and FHA guideline! I don't want to lose my home. It is all me and my little son have that I worked hard for when I was still in unlimited motion. I need help! Instead of making it easy for me they made my life hell! gave me more problems until now!
Desired outcome: Honor my original FHA HAMP plan and remove negative notes and default status. Put my account to current.
