I've called Alaska USA many times, and let me tell you, it's been a real hassle. I've been stuck on hold for a good 30 minutes, only to be transferred and put on hold for another 20-30 minutes. Finally, I managed to reach someone who could assist me, but guess what? The directions they gave me turned out to be incorrect. So now, I have to go back to square one. All I want is a refund for my mortgage loan insurance because I paid off my house just 10 months after getting the loan. It's frustrating, to say the least.

Here are the numbers for the past three years of owning this property: TAX: 2018 - $4846.10, 2019 - $4961.91, 2020 - $5003.18 INS: 9/22-19 - $1865.93, 9/22-20 - $1515.59, 9/22-21 - $1894.49. I got this information directly from the county tax and insurance company because the bank wouldn't provide it. My monthly payments have always been $2398.90 since I got the loan, but now they're raising it to $2494.86. No company has ever raised my mortgage before. Although my insurance rates and taxes for the next term are similar to the original amount, they were actually decreased over the past year. They haven't explained why my payments changed. The manager hasn't returned any of my calls, even after promising to discuss where the extra money from last year's escrow went.
