Sam's Club review: Employee work hours ( 1 comment)

Store: Tulsa, OK - Mingo Location. Employees on the 3-11:30 pm shift are not allowed to leave when their shift ends. Instead they are told that they cannot leave until all areas of the store are stocked to the manger's satisfaction. This is SLAVERY! So, they are working until 2 or 3 in the morning because there is not enough staff. Also, they are required to download an askSam app onto their personal cell phones to use for their jobs. These same employees only make $12.00 an hour, whereas the cashiers make $15.00. This particular store also does not spend money for Asset protection, so thieves LOVE this store. The employee morale is low. Management is taking advantage of employees that need a job. This is so sad. This could be a happy place to work but management at this store refuses to spend the money on staff, technology, etc. This is the worst location in Tulsa.
