This is really not unusual, but today it really pissed me off. There are shortages of a particular item that I found at Sam's Club in Newport News. Not trusting that the website said it was in stock and wanting to be sure before I made a trip there for this specific item, I called. I called customer service twice. I called the bakery. The phone rang so many times it hung itself up. I finally called the pharmacy and reached someone who kindly walked over and verified the product was in stock. Is Sam's Club running a skeleton crew each and every day? No one in any department other than the pharmacy ever seems to answer the phone. Worst customer service ever but for the occasional employee who will go above and beyond. I don't know what you're paying them, but I think it's too much when they can't even answer the phones.
Desired outcome: ANSWER THE PHONES
