Sam's Club Optical department

I went to purchase new lenses for my eyeglasses on 03/11/2021. Once they were back I picked them up on 3/17/2021. I put them on and I noticed that the left lens was blurry. Do, the black doctor told me to take my prescription and glasses back to my eye doctor for a correction and that they would redo my lens for free. On Saturday, 3/20/2021, I went to my eye doctor and he re-examined my eyes. He made an adjustment for my left eye, in which I may have said the wrong numbers prior in my first exam as to what was clear or not. On the new prescription, he only wrote the change for the left eye. Once I return to Sam's in Douglasville, Ga., the white doctor told me that she couldn't send my new changed prescription off because she needed to right eye written on the prescription as well. I told her that she can just staple the new prescription to the old one she had. There was no change to the right lens. I said I have used up gas to come here and go there can't you just call him. She said they're closed. I said I'll just come back Monday. She said we're closed. It turned out I just asked for a refund because I felt as if it was totally unnecessary for them not to take cate if my new prescription that my doctor gave me because of the change. I need my glasses so I'll take them back to For Eyes where I normally go. I will NEVER use the optical department in Sam's and as a Plus member, I may not renew and instead become a COSTCO member. My Sam's number is [protected]. I've been a member for years. But after this treatment I'm not happy with your service anymore.

Sam's Club Optometry of Philadelphia is a scam. They billed my insurance for an eye exam and then charged me for the same eye exam. They said my insurance did not cover the exam. I reached out to my insurance company and they confirmed that they paid Sam's in full for my eye exam. They also told me I should have never had to pay anything out of pocket because my insurance covers the eye exam. I went back to Sam's to get my money back and all I got was the runaround. The associates kept telling me the doctor wasn't in each time I went and said they would have Dr. Marshall call me. She never called. I have never encountered people as unprofessional as the Team at Sam's of Philadelphia. They are theives. Please check their books. They have yet to refund my money.

The ophthalmologist there was awesome, very chill and respectful but one of the 'white coat' folks was [censored]ly with insufficient people skills for the job. The layout there is ok for 1 or 2 customers but any more than that and you're constantly trying to avoid running into one another. We had to abruptly truncate the visit after the eye exam and was VERY happy to get out of there. Will not do business with that location again.

I was seen at the Jefferson City Missouri Sams Club optical Departmen,had an eye exam and ordered glasses and a pair of sun glasses. They came in a week. When I returned to get them, the manager was the rudest most unprofessional person I had ever met. They were having trouble getting both pair to fit properly and the sunglasses prescription was off. I was told just pull them down on your nose you should be able to see and while adjusting the nose piece was told “ you don’t have to keep telling me they are wrong I can see it” How rude! Eventually, I was instructed to pick out a different pair of glasses the ones I picked out would not work for me my nose was too narrow.

I found the management to be very dismissive.

When I returned in another week to pick them up, once again, the manager of that store was unfriendly, not helpful. When I asked what corporates phone number was, I was instructed to call 1-800 Walmart. I have to go back in today because the nose pieces hurt. I will not be using this optical department again as long as this manager is employed their. I spent over 600.00 to be treated poorly. No thank you.

I waited 45 minutes for my customer order to be delivered to my car. The lady picked up the cart and saw 2 customers waiting in their cars, yet she went back shopping for more new orders, Not until I went into the club and asked her about it did she act on. Sam's Club Online ordering

Do not order online on Thursday's and Friday's, it's impossible to get in touch with their customer service and it takes at least 3 business days to get an update. My last order 1/2 was shipped out within the 3 business days and the other 1/2 is still in a "shipping" status.
It's amazing that they are still doing "online" ordering because their competitors have the product's already "delivered" in the 3 business days it takes to pack and ship theirs.

I purchased an eyeglass frame on July 20, 2020 at the Port Charlotte Florida Sams. I paid 139.00 for the frame. The frame is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase. My frame is falling apart so I took it in yesterday to get it replaced. I was told by the rude woman that waited on me it was no longer available. I would have to pick out a new frame...

Writing on a T-shirt being worn by woman/girl employee at returns counter I found offensive. Totally inappropriate for business, in my opinion. There was one word that was hidden a little by the register but the part that did show I interpreted as follows: "I get goose bumps when her [censored] — thumps". Sam's Club Nectarines

My wife and I went shopping at your Pittsburgh Mills location this afternoon and bought a 4 pound bag of nectarines and when we got home she went to eat one and it was brown inside then a few hours later I went to eat one and it was also brown inside so you guys need to take these things off the shelf before somebody eats them and get sick and also make my purchase right. Thank you

Sam's Club pizza at snack baer

I was at the Sam's Club in Glendale, AZ and purchased a slice of Pizza. Have been a member of Sam's Club for many many years. Also had not purchased a slice of pizza because I remember the last time, it was horrible. I thought well lets see how it is now...I have never ever eaten such a greasy, tasteless piece of pizza in my pizza eating life.
I will not purchase your pizza again as I felt I was eating a grease ball not the pizza I am used.

Sam's Club Pharmacy

I would like to get a refund of my sams plus membership. I came in for 2 rx, first the older woman got very rude. She was being loud and rolling eyes because she was apparently upset she was supposed to be off work. She asked my phone number and I said it normally then she said I couldn't understand you just rattled it off too quickly. Then my rx was filled using the most expensive maker available and the pharmacist said that is how they do it, I showed online price so she changed pills and she was rude as well. I only got plus to use pharmacy but I would like to quit shopping here if this is acceptable and just get a refund of membership as I have an upset stomach over how rudely I as a freaking 48 year old was treated.

Desired outcome: Either gift card or refund of membership

Sam's Club Product

I am appalled as a 20year+ member that Sam's club has caved in to Big tech pressure and jumped on the band wagon to suppress Mike Lindell and My Pillow. This a an American based company employing 2500 Americans. Shame on you as a company taking a political stance. Republicans and Democrats shop your business. Sam's is an American based business that now appears to be on the China communist party and socialism band wagon. This is a travesty.

Desired outcome: Bring it back. Support all American businesses

Sam's Club Would not install a battery for GMC2014 Terrain

I am again disappointed at Sam's Club, my wife has been ripped off on glasses and now they refuse to install a battery on my GMC. Management did not appear to know the reason why. Seems to me they should have list the cars they will not install and tell the customer before a purcahse is made.

I could have done this yesterday when I had my battery tested but though I would save money, did not happen.

On 02/25/2021, I purchased $34.17 in gas from Sams' fuel station using an American Express Serve Card. Sam's held $100.00 of my money for a $34.17 charge. on 02/27/2021 the $34.17 purchase cleared, but Sam's continued to hold $100.00 from my card. Sam's Club delivery

I ordered $560 worth of office supplies to be delivered to my office. I live in Middletown NY and although there is a Sam's Club in Middletown, but I am old and I choose to have my items delivered instead of in-store pick-up, especially the heavy boxes of copy paper. On Monday I got an e-mail stating that my items would be delivered Wednesday. I waited all day, and no delivery. I called the customer service number, spoke to Vicki, who apparently has no last name, and was told my items are in Newburgh and I would have to go there to pick them up. Really? So I told her they were supposed to be delivered to my office, and she said if I didn't pick them up in Newburgh they would be returned and I would lose my money. I asked to speak to her supervisor, and she disconnected the call. So I called the Middletown store and they said I would need to call customer service again. So I called, spoke to Giselle, who also has no last name, and she said unless I had a tracking number she couldn't help me. I explained to her that Sam's Club generates the tracking number, not me, and all I had was the order number. She also said she could not help me. I asked to speak to her supervisor, and again got hung up on. I guess that is their thing. So now, still no refund, still no office supplies, and an Excedrin headache.

Desired outcome: Deliver my items.

Sam's Club Tires

I ordered tires and waited two weeks for installation. When I brought the car in on my appointment date they said they could not find the fourth tire. So I've waited weeks and took the time to bring the car in and I still haven't any tires. I am a Sams Club member in evergreen park, Illinois and have been since it opened. When I scheduled the appointment I asked the person if I should come in and pay for the tires. He said that I could pay when I came in. Now they are telling me that one of the tires were probably sold because mine weren't paid for.
