Sam's Club

We live one hour from Sam's in Lexington, KY. We bought a chest freezer, that was pre loaded on a flat cart. We loaded but ourselves into the truck due to no one willing to help us. We got the freezer all the way home and found a piece of wood had busted the compressor line. We have called and all we were told was to find to borrow another truck and bring it back. All we would like to have done is for Sam's to take some responsibility. Bring us another one and pick this damaged one up.
