Saks OFF 5th review: Purchased item on 5/14/2003 at Dallas store but not shipped

Hi, I made a purchase on 5/14/2023 for the amount of $152.45 with the Auth-code 052065. It was supposed to be shipped to OR state but it was never got shipped.

I went to the local Dallas store (8040 park lane, Dallas) 4 times, but I was always told that the store is working to locate the package, and asked me to come back to the store to check the status, this happened over-and-over but never got resolved! I called 1-801 customer service, but since this was purchased from the local store, I don’t have the order number, the staff couldn’t help me either.

Please note that I am a loyal customer who has made lots of purchases from the store. Now I am extremely frustrated, and I would like to immediately cancel this order to avoid payment which is due on 6/13/2023.

On the receipt, the store mgr was Jayda Palmer, associate: 008875, Billie.

The store has a new manager: Mary
