The new meat safeway in watsonville purchases is horrible. I always come to safeway for the meat especially the skirt steak. I purchased $60 in steaks and they were all horrible. I saw the new labels and hoped they would be as good. The price seemed to be lower... Bring back your old meat supplier I would gladly pay a little more for better meat. The meat I purchased was tough flavorless and incorrectly cut.

I've been earning/using the Just For U products for quite sometime now. I go online about three times a week to keep up with all the new items being added. I click/add every item just in case maybe onetime one of my family members would like to try something out of our norm.
I faithfully use my gas rewards & look forward to all the extras.
My problem: The last week or so, every time I go online to do my Just For U's, I get a pop-up little window that states there's a problem with the system & try back later. I've been trying back later & later with no results.
I'm wanting to make a shopping trip before some of the offers expire. I'm ready to go, I just need my deals.

There are two staff members that are making me feel totally uncomfortable, they tend to speak their language and look at me as if they're talking about me in their language and.start laughing at me so I got upset and told them that if they get something to say to speak English, and the worst thing is they start talking so loud in their language, I thought by law on the work ground supposed to be English. But I see no one doing anything about it. I need to know what can be done about this not happening again.
It is an epidemic in California stores. To get latinos on the progressive payroll … the really dropped the quality of their work force in training, ethics, professionalism, and courtescy.
They opening speak Mexican to each other in front of customers. They have very poor work ethics and carry their cell phones in their back pant pockets, so they can reach for that fast call while they are working.
The management seems to tolerate it, and in some cases support it.
Truckee Safeway on Donner Pass. Store Mgr is NEW latino lady. I think they needed one for a group marketing photo, so they promoted her.
all laundry detergent pods
last week there was a sale on all laundry detergent pods when I went to purchase said item the store was out of stock and the sale was ending the following I got a rain check for that item and how to return to the store many times since then. I most recently went as soon as the store open this morning and they were all out of every single kind of all detergent pods I tried to speak with a manager but there wasn't one available at that time. previously when I had asked for a manager they told me to return to the store the one that had that item in stock. I don't see and item that I could get in place of the laundry detergent pods that I had in mind there's nothing quite as similar at the same price that I could exchange it for.I'm not sure why they have not been in stock all week and the store clerks have yet to help me solve my problem. I hope I can resolve this problem and it doesn't hurt my future patronage to your store. Thankyou.
lemon meringue pie contains no lemon
One taste of the lemon meringue pie from Safeway's bakery and I was reading the ingredients list.
Noticably absent from the list, is any mention of lemon.

Safeway's BIG BOOK of SAVINGS pg 3 has a clip or click just for u coupon for LUCERNE Egg Nog (Quart size) which I down loaded into my Safeway bucket list however I went to 2 of ur SAFEWAY stores today (660 Bailey Rd, Pittsburg, CA & 4309 Clayton Rd, Concord, CA) n neither one had any of the quart size LUCERNE Egg Nogs on hand - NONE! There were larger sizes of LUCERNE (1/2 Gallon) n other quart size egg nogs from different manufacturers but no quart size egg nog from LUCERNE.
