Safeway - service

I work gas station at safeway by the kahului and the manager aggie there not a nice lady always yelling pick the favorites and she tell me I can not work there because im too old... How come like that... Somebody talk to her please.. I dont like get fire I dont want her to know its me and my co worker even when she sick aggie tell her she need to come work. Omygod
