Safeway

I was shopping at the store when i came across a woman (Hailey the asst manager, i asked other employees for info about her) and how she was talking to another employee...the other employee as dressed differently but you could tell sill worked at the store. She was extremely rude and irate to the other employee nd especially coming from an asst manager i would hope for more professionalism even when upset. Then the young black man with a Pepsi shirt on asked the so called want to be manger for how exactly she wanted things done she then proceeds to scream at him saying "don't talk to me like that" and other obscene things like that. I don't know what the young man did but to see someone "higher up" than him to be talking down to him in such a tone and manner on the floor! my personal opinion as a black woman it seemed racist and unethical that she should dare approach anyone with her attitude. She was clearly upset at something but took it out on the employee...but as i followed her around the store no once did she even speak to anyone else in that tone or manner...So the young black man that was just trying to do his job is being hounded by a sad person but everyone else wandering around the store and she says nothing...Then to top it all off every time she walked by the black man she started him down...what a GIANT kid she clearly has issues and takes it out on people she can boss around, But again to do so in such tone and manner on a floor to top it off but in general behind closed doors or not is not ok. If that were my son I'm telling you now we would be suing for harassment and everything else since Safeway is watching it happen and allowing such a little person to behave in such a way. i will never come to this store again and will make sure to advised if colored stay away from Hailey the wanna be store manager...in the professional world she would never make it...guess that's why she's so angry.
