Between noon and one thirty I was at the self check out at st John's safeway.

I had a question about the self check out and I was at self check out directly next to the counter where employees stand.

Two people were standing there chatting and laughing around while I waited for them to come to me bcz I was not able to continue checking out until someone came to me to fix it.

They didn't ask me how can I help you first. I thought perhaps I need to bring it to their attention. I requested help. An employee by the name of MATT was on duty during that time. He told me to wait a minute and pointed at my screen and said SEE? SEE?! IT SAYS HELP IS ON THE WAY! OK

Help came. I said nothing until I was finished checking out. At which point I told him he didn't have to be such a jerk. I only asked a question. His reply to me was " Do you expect me to kiss your [censored]?. If you don't like it shop somewhere else then he told me to get out!

I'm filing a complaint about this and he shouldn't talk to ANYone like that let alone a customer. Additionally it is not the first time he's been a complete jerk to me. His name is Matt and was there during the times previously given to you

Desired outcome: He should be spoken to about this Idk if he's racist but it's been 2x he's treated me unfairly and I'm half black. He yelled at me saying all of this. This is HORRIBLE
