Bed deliver on 5 Nov 19, screws didnot come with bed, UPS deliver screws on 7 Nov 19, I call customer service the next day. I have been calling Customer service every day since . On Friday i was informed that a Technician would be at my home on 9 Nov 19, between the hours of 1300-1800 hrs. I personal went to RoomsTo Go around 1630 to inquiry and was told that a Technican would be at my home to set-up my grandchild bed. I still have not been contacted . I am very disappointed I waned to surprise my grandchild today, because I am giving her a birthday party today on 10 Nov at 1500 hrs. If Room To GO cannot get a Technician to my home today so set up my grandchild bed for her Birthday party I would like for Room To Go to Pick up the bed and return my money. Thank you.
