Rooms To Go review: bookshelf daybed

I bought a bookshelves daybed around 20 of May. They delivered it and ask did I need them to put it together and I replied yes please. I get home the daybed has been put together but there sets the bookshelves in big box which is setting in middle of my doorway has not been put together. I call to customer service and told them about it. They said they would send someone out and a few days later they did they sent one man for a two man job. He said he would have to come back and that was 6 days ago. They never called so I called today and they were not very friendly and then tells me it will be 2 more weeks. So anyone buying furniture from rooms to go make sure your furniture is put together before leaving. And they were not left by themselves my 19 year grandson was home and they told him also they were not putting it together cause they didn't want to scratch it ?Oh by the way they left all their mess for me to clean.
