I'm writing this out of frustration after noticing I’ve been overcharged on both my current and previous billing cycles. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact customer service to resolve the issue, but each time I’m kept on hold for an unreasonable amount of time with no meaningful assistance provided.

As a paying customer, I don’t think it’s fair that I have to sacrifice hours of my time just to fight for what’s rightfully mine. My time is valuable, and I simply cannot afford to keep going in circles without a resolution.

What’s more frustrating is that I live near the U.S. border, and I suspect that this may be contributing to the inaccurate charges, though I can't confirm that due to the lack of clarity and support from the service provider.

At this point, I’m extremely disappointed and would like to know if others have faced similar issues—especially those who live near border areas. This feels like a systemic problem that needs to be addressed. I’m not just going to let this go; I deserve accurate billing and responsive support.

Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Desired outcome: I want a full billing review, refund for any overcharges, and a clear explanation—especially if my border location is a factor. I also expect faster, more accessible customer support without excessive hold times.

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns on this platform. We appreciate your feedback and want to assure you that we take billing accuracy seriously.

Based on what you described in your message, your phone may connect to the US towers because of your proximity to the border. To prevent this accidental roaming, you can do a couple of things: 1) Disable roaming, 2) Manually select the Network to Rogers.
