My Rogers phone number is [protected]. I was on line for technical support from 12:42 pm to 15:00 pm and was #1 in the queue when to chat ended which kicked me completely out of getting technical support. This has happened to me before on February 27th. After waiting on the line for more than 2 hours and be kicked out is completely unacceptable customer service.
Desired outcome: I want my technical issue addressed and your customer service improved. As a long time Rogers customer, this is unacceptable.
