I booked an appointment for technician to arrive at my residence from 1-3pm on 2nd Nov 2025. at 2:45pm, James- Technician called me to inform that he will arrive by 15-20min. I noticed him that I will have another appointment at 3:15pm and please try to arrive on time by 3pm so that I can brief him where the issue is. He immediately told me that he allows to show up at 3pm and I need to be there after his arrival. I told him i am on teconference all now and my kids (above 18 years old) will be there as well. I need to hang up phone as in the middle of my webcall. 5 min later, he called me back and told me that I was rude without listening to me that i am on the call but wonder he will arrive or not. At 3:10pm, he arrived at 176 Rowmont Blvd NW, Calgary, AB, T3L 0H3. and asked my kids to show their ID aggressively while i am on call. He asked my daughter to apologize him now while she tried her best to cool him down. He walked away without perform any services and threaten my kids that he will raised it up to the manager. It was a horrible experience that my family dealt with. We used to have a very good relationship with previous technicians if you can trace back our history. This is the first time we scoped with a very very aggressive technician who didnot seek for support but aggressively to attack clients like him.
Claimed loss: We are so worried that he may come back and threaten us and any mental issue which may impact my kids?
Desired outcome: a secure action and letter from Rogers to ensure we are safe
