It has been months to a year to get a hold of someone to change my account plan. It was originally at a reasonable price but then the price of the plan changed. I have been calling in multiple times with over 2 hours waits only them to tell me that I was transferred to the wrong department. I went to the store and the same story said I have to call.
Overall, either I would be on the phone 2+ hours and then I wouldn't be able to get a hold of anybody or I would just try to be transferred to another department.
I asked how to file a complaint and they couldnt even do this. It is not right that we are put in position we are being overcharged and cannot change due to the inaccessibility of your services. Any business should give the ease and the accessibility to clients cancel or change a plan
