My 2 year offer expired August 31, 2025. Normally obtain new offer from Messenger as I am unable to talk on phone. No response from Messenger after 6 tries. Made complaint with office of the president asked not to call, guess what they called and left voicemail. Saw offers on My Rogers clicked on to see what came with offer, kept getting error say "Its not you its us" then screen refreshed Office of president sent me email as about offer and got some answers. I sent them screen shot of offer saying we would like this. Just received my September 2025 bill. Same as what I had before just alot more money. Not sure what to do as getting no answers from Rogers. Loyal customers seem to get passed along when new customers get more attention. Was happy with Rogers only been with them since they bought local cable company. I checked Bell not much better. We need more competition in Canada to stop the 2 main companies making billion dollar profits off of us.
Recommendation: Push for best deal or really shop around.
Hello, I sent email reply to office of the president asking why I have same plan just alot more expensive. I received emails "Bill estimate" Critical information" now I am being charged more. I was presented 2 offers from MY ROGERS site and wanted more information about one of the offers and it was impossible to get any questions answered. The email listed I am using is not the email for Rogers account, switching emails incase we leave Rogers. yesterday wanted to know how to return equipment Anna opened and sent me to chat with specialist, Agent unavailable and chat terminated. All I wanted was what channels come with Ultimate TV and if add-ons were included in offer price as they were in 2023 when i agreed to 2 year term.
I have just gotten a run around and invoice for September charging me almost $150.00 more per month which I never agreed too. Thank you for response. I have hard time talking on phone and prefer Face book Messenger or another way to chat with Rogers. Messenger has been my go to and I have never been rude or disrespectfull and outcaome has been excellent from Rogers representatives. I leave feeling I got best deal from Rogers and know full price up front.
I received response from Rogers office of the President. They listened to my issue and we worked out a package that worked for us so we have the channels we enjoy watching.
I got my answer Messenger is no longer option to contact Rogers, I now know how to chat online with Rogers if I have any more issues. I pray I do not. Good for the next 2 years. Thank You to the Advisor who understood our needs and responded. I hope everyone elses issues with Rogers can be worked out.
