A representative from Rogers called me and offered me an incredible deal for residential internet. I was already with Telus (fiber optic) but decided to give their 5G service a try. I’m not sure if it’s because of the size of my house (an old, large home) or the signal strength in my area, but so far the internet has been too slow and doesn’t cover the entire house.
That wouldn’t be a big issue on its own, but my real problem is trying to contact them. I just want to return their equipment, yet I can’t get in touch with anyone. Their AI assistant is useless, and every time I call, I end up waiting for hours. I’ve already spent over two hours on hold three different times — the first two times I had to hang up, and the third time (just now), after waiting two and a half hours, I got a recorded message saying they were too busy and to call back later. It’s incredibly frustrating.
