To whom it may concern,To whom it may concern,
This letter is a formal complaint regarding a recent billing issue and the subsequent customer service experience with Rogers Communications.
On [Sep 18th, 2025,, I received an unexpected bill from Rogers for the amount of $26.46. I have not been a Rogers customer for several months, and the charge is therefore illegitimate.
Upon calling Rogers customer service, I was transferred multiple times between different representatives who were unable to provide a clear explanation for the charge or a detailed invoice. I was told that an invoice could not be provided, which is an unacceptable response for a company of Rogers' size and standing.
I was referred to a person named Pam Pope, with the title "President," who was said to be the only person who could help me. Her contact information was provided as PHONE: [protected] ext. 7060 and EMAIL: PAM.[protected]@RCI.ROG. Despite my attempts to contact Ms. Pope, she has not returned my calls or responded to my emails.
The overall quality of Rogers' customer service has been severely lacking. The representatives I spoke with were unhelpful, unprofessional, and failed to address my concerns in a satisfactory manner. This experience is a stark contrast to the high standard of service that Rogers customers should expect.
I request a full and professional explanation for this charge and a formal, itemized invoice. Furthermore, I expect a prompt resolution to this issue and a refund of the illegitimate charge.
I look forward to your immediate attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
JVH
Recommendation: Stay away from Rogers.
