I will advice to Indian country people. Please do not take any mobile connections from RIM, because they are cheating with the customer like if you have post paid connections and if you are not going for itemize bill then your monthly bill goes too high as soon as you go for itemize bill your monthly bill amount will come down. Again they make you fool by generates duplicates call when call somebody that way they increase your bill amounts every month.

ye madharchod relience wale ek saptah connection chaloo rakhte hai baad me band kar dete hai .cust.care se baat karo to bolta hai sala document jamaa karo sale sab bakavaas hai, mai to tang aa gaya hu aur ab dusra connection le raha hu ... ?

Reliance GSM GPRS setting for Apple iphone

it is very easy, in the settings-> general --> cellular date networks -->

apn name = rcomnet no other setting is needed.

switch 3G off and data roaming off.

hope it works for you too! CAO

but before subscribing to a GPRS plan please do read the following customer experience.

I, had subscribed for Reliance GPRS 299 unlimited browsing and unlimited download plan on March 4, 2010 & started using internet on my Apple iphone. I was shocked to see my bill now where in Rs 1400+ and 299 have been billed towards GPRS Charges as well as unlimited GPRS plan. I contacted the customer care for waiver of these 1400/- as i have subscribed to unlimited plans. Reliance customer care informed me that since apple Iphone has not been registered in the Reliance Phone database, so they will treat apple iphone as a computer and hence will continue to charge me GPRS charges even with unlimited plan! Is this not unfair on the part of the Reliance to charge me for net usage on my apple iphone at the same even with an unlimited plan. I have a same GPRS plan from vodafone & Airtel on my another apple iphone sets and i am being charged correctly without any additional charge. High Net Individuals please check all this before going in for a Reliance GSM connection. Anyways, if you are feeling cheated already, have patience wait till may 2010, then have your number ported to a better service provider like Airtel. I am also keeping my number [protected] on low usage till this happens.

I havent see such a worst company(Reliance ) . I got new postpaid, even after 4 days they not activated. Erode (TN )Reliance Web world is much worst. Plz dont go for reliance, You will get angry.

on my mobile in last 1 days i got message from reliance that
"Your Subscription to job on phone service has been activated at 30 Rs..."
and the 30 rs is deducted from my mobile prepaid A/c.
after that i call reliance customer care(*333) and complaint abt this
they say sorry and unsubscripted the job on phone from my mobile but deducted amount
not came back.
this few month its any time

Hi,

I am fed up with Reliance services because many times they activated there "per match cricket pack" and "callertunes" services of there own in my mobile number within 2 months time period and charged the price from my account. When I called to there customer care then executive told me that it was activated on your request. But neither I called to any reliance number nor sent any message to any reliance number. Still they said it was from your side. There customer care quality is very very very poor. All the executives don't know how to behave and interact to the customer. They have only one answer for all these problems that is it was activated from your side, we can't revert your money back. Most of the time when I recharged my account, they deducted 40-50 Rs with these fraud unnecessary services.

Hope I will get the proper response for my complaint.

OK.. This type of business cheating is smallest. Indian Highest Cheater is there. The company could cheated start over 55 years. The company +IRDA frauded to all over INDIAN PEOPLE. The company name called LIC. LIFE INSURANCE OF CHEATING...
If you are forget ofter to just paid of two years premium amount to palacy, the company did not given any returnable. The total cheating have earned upto 12lakhs crore rupees until now... Beware... Don't enter LIC polacy... I could paid in jeevanSri polacy upto Rs.42, 000, ofter 6 years ask to my return amount at Branch office. There office staff told to that 'your polacy labsed, we did not give any amount'. So, My Dear Indians request that don't enter in LIC. -Ashok. ****LIC

I, have sent an email to disguard the caller tune from my mobile which you have assign without my consent but till date no action has been taken.

Is this the way of reliance to come out from the recession ! Please stop this nonsense. I don’t want any caller tone hence disguard this with immediate effect.

sir, my no is [protected]. i m your reliance gsm prepaid customer. i am feeling very sad to inform you that now i m quiting your company due to a materail reason that is : my call deatil has been given to some other person without my consent, i havent give any application to your department but my call detail has access by other person from your reliance web world in agra . this is very unacceptable action conduct by your staff. i m reminding u that u cant give any detail without my consent according to TRAI. so i thing that u r guilty for this action and hope will take neccessary action against this act.
so i request u to take hard action against person who is responsible for that . u can inform me on my mobile no. as stated above within a week otherwise i will take legal action against u . thankyou

Very true... I was having a reliance postpaid connection. These guys were doing fake billing month on month. At last I changed my postpaid connection to prepaid one and my phone was disconnected for 2 days for the same. These buglers generated a bill of Rs.128 for that 2 days too.

That was heights... I finally discontinued my reliance connection. My suggestion will be to stay away from Reliance...

Please do not take any mobile connections from RIM, because they are cheating with the customer.
1] They activate any service on your mobile and deduct amount from our account.
2] If we want to refund amount then they talk us arrogantly with us.

I am a regular coustemer of Reliance communication at "Char khamba kuan Fazalganj, kanpur-12 I want to say that from this branch I have purchased a data card modem of "MG880+", " Pin no.[protected]" and no."[protected]" with the name "Mohommad Ansar" but it is not working properly since the day i have purchased . Mr. Rohit one of the employe give it to me . I have wasted my lot of time with it but unable to get proper service . your workers at the office never recieve their phone,
I have the complete bill of it with no .3257. I just want to give me the proper working instrument or take it and give the cash payed by me . Otherwise I will not pay the bill and take the matter of frouding by your company in the court . -

I asked the reliance customer care for the telephone no of Reliance town office in chennai. They gave me the no as 044 [protected] which is not in use. I called in customare again and they didnt respond properly. Even the telephone is not updated properly. Its too bad.

i recharged my mobile by 799 for unlimited STD/Local on 11/03/2009.On 12/03/2009 by 2: 45 my balance was start deducting while talking to a reliance STD number . i complaint on same day by 3:00 pm. i have told my problem and customer care representative has given a request number. after 1 day when i calle d again, one customer care representative tell that your complaint is closed. i want to ask, hw could he closed my complaint without solving my problem and he had not sent any confirmation SMS. he has taken my complaint again and saying within 2 days problem will be solved.
i want to say that customer care service is not oriented towards solving the problem. please take attention towards my complaint.

I took a reliance smart connection in Orissa and recharged it with 496/- which makes STD free from smart to smart all over india. now when i called up my friend in Karnataka, they r saying thats its free for Orissa and Jharkhand circle...so ridiculuos...fruad reliance

I would like to inform you that the above mentioned Mobile was made Life Time upto the year 2021. Suddenly I have heard from you that my life time is expired in November, 2008. The reason you are showing that within 6 months I have not made recharge Rs. 200/- in this period.

In this connection I would like to draw your kind attention that during this period you were showing unbelievable accounts and I complained you several times to rectify the accounts but no action has been taken yet. For example without outgoing call by me, I found my balance were duducting, some time Rs. 10/-, Sometime Rs. 15/- etc.. As per your record now even I have Rs. 43/- balance. I can challenge you that during this 6 months period I have made recharge above Rs. 200/-. Due to your technical snag why I have to suffer ? Why you have not made pre-caution ealier regarding this ? Why you suddenly cut off the Life Time ? This is totally fault of yours. Why we will suffer by such type of mistake of yours ?

Please do the needful at your earliest as you know I am your oldest valueable customer.

ON 27 JUN08 at 07;31 pm I have been subscribed for devotional pack of Rs. 20 for 20 days and that time i was with Rs 22 balace and was on way to my home, i made call to my wife but call was disconnected in between due to less balance, as my balance was deduted towards devotinal pack which i have not subscribed. This what not the end of horrible service by reliance.

iI immdiatly spoke to C / care but they advice me to call next day as system is not up dated.
next day: after 5 times i got C/ care with there system in working, otherwise every time after telling whole story they tell sorry our system is down, i think which is there first leeson soon they join reliance.they gave me answer that SYSTEM NOT SHOWING ANY DEVOTIONAL PACK SUBSCRIPTION BUT i got meesage from51234406 on 27 jun, and my balance has been deducted.

next : on 20 jul at 08 :10 am i received one more message from [protected] that your devotional pack (which i have not asked for) has been renewd for 20 days and Rs 20 has been deduted from your account and now balance was -19.52.
i again made complaint to C/care but of no use as they replied the same SYSTEM NOT SHOWING ANY DEVOTIONAL PACK SUBSCRIPTION

now again on 27 Aug i got message devotional sevice is due for renwal, Rs 30 will be deducted from your account on 29 Aug.

I purchased Reliance Data card & taken prepaid connection, there is automatically my balance was cutting by Rs.200 & when I laudged complaint to data care call center they are telling me that pls call after Half an Hour, after Half an Hour they giving same answer that our server is down & there is some problem to get data.Im unhappy with telecalling services.plz fermish me detail my whole prepaid amount.my Reliance data card no. is [protected].when I call to customer care there is also problem of engaged call to *333

I have purchased reliance mobile with SIM ([protected]). The number gets disconnected after 1 week stating 'Current Address Proof Required'.
I have submitted address proof on 19th Aug 2008 & was assured that the number will be re activated in 48 hours. But till today 25th Aug 2008 my number is not activated. THIS IS THE SERVICE I AM GETTING FROM RELIANCE COMMUNIOCATION. i HAVE SPOKE TO THE FRANCHISEE MANY TIMES BUT NO PROPER RESPONSE RECEIVED.

NOW I AM TOTALLY FED UP CALLING RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE OR ITS FRANCHISEE.

reliance is really digging a very deep hole for themselves., ., as now their impression in india is like hell., ., .having a reliance connection is like facing kaalapani saza., ., i am having a connection of reliance prepaid of U.P., ., but now i am in chandigarh for one months for business purpose., , .but now my incoming and outgoing is barred, ., .as i had given this number to all my business partners., ., now i am really facing very big problem as this number was distributed to all my people here., ., now i swear i will never ever take or recommend anyone to take reliance connection, ., .infact i am having 9 more connections of reliance in my home.., .but its better to switch to tata indicom or any other company rather using this cheater connection.., ,

Subject: How are sales generated through existing customers or advertisements?

Respected Mr. Anil Ambani

I have been using your Reliance Global calling card for a year and I am extremely satisfied with the product. I have never contacted your customer care department as I have never faced any problems till 18th of June 2008. Unfortunately on 22nd June 2008 I was really upset with the services of your customer care representatives, show room executives, help line & managers.

I had an amount of approx. Rs 400 plus balance still left in my mobile phone. The validity was going to expire on the 18th of June 2008.

I called customer care before the 18th and asked them how many days grace period I had left. They said 15 days in which I would have to get my cell renewed or else the amount will get lapsed.

I went on the 22nd of June 2008 to get my mobile validity renewed.

I have been using Reliance Global calling card for nearly a year from which I can make only ISD calls to my sister & brother in law who reside in the US.
When I went there they told me the validity & amount had lapsed when I still was in the grace period.

They told me the card had two validities. I was not aware of this and neither had any of your customer care people informed me when I inquired with them somewhere before the 18Th of June 2008. Had they informed me I would have immediately got my cell renewed.

Your customer care people should have paid more attention to my question I had asked them around 18th of June 2008.

The question I had asked them was, “I have a Global calling card & its validity will expire on the 18th of June 2008 what is the grace period?”

Answer I received was “15 days”.

They could have given me a much better reply by saying,
“Your validity will expire on the 18th of June and you have a grace period of 15 days but please keep in mind that if the main validity is not renewed before the expiry date (which I am still not aware of) then your total money will elapse within this grace period of 15 days. So I suggest you get it renewed today itself. Is there anything else I can help you with?

This process would have hardly taken 10 min. He/ She could have asked, ‘may I please have your phone number’, which would have been fed in the computer to give the exact balance & validity of the cell. After that the correct and precise information would have been shared with the customer and not led to any misunderstanding, harassment etc. The customer on the other hand would not only be satisfied but also delighted. Why? Because the customer care rep was not trying to sell him anything but educate him and also retain a customer.

Later I spoke to your helpline number and asked them if they could resolve the problem. Their immediate reply was “NO COMPANY POLICY”

I am sorry to say that it seems the company does not value its existing customers.

If you have satisfied & delighted customers it will generate sales automatically and you would not have to spend money on advertisements, endorsements, salesmen merchandising or for that matter customer care.

Advertisements and other sales promotion activities would only then become a means of providing information to people of new product launches by the company.

Sir the loss of rupees four hundred is not hurting me but it is the attitude of the employees of not wanting to help or retain the customers which is.

Sir I don’t mind spending 1000 rupees on something where I see my money has been used wisely but if I am cheated by even two rupees it hurts a lot. I work very hard for my salary. I am not begging but trying to bring to your attention how India’s No. 1 company can improve customer satisfaction with a little bit of feedback which it receives from its existing customers.

Reliance has started its business from scrap and it is now one of top companies in Forbes Magazine which I & every Indian admires & is proud of.

You spend crores of money in customer care but they still give wrong information & it is the customer who is made to suffer. Then what is the meaning of customer care?

I have lost at least Rs400 plus harassment from the one of India's most recognized company. I have argued with them for hours with the staff but they seem to enjoy the customer leaving the office dissatisfied and hurt.
They only want new sales.
They are not bothered about their existing customers. They want me to beg in front of them.

I also know that you might never read what I have written as you are an extremely busy man and have such a big Empire to run
