I will just copy - paste the mail I sent to reliance customer care regarding the deactivation of my cell.

Till to this day my cell has not been activated!

You are asking me to be patient!! Are you people even aware, when my cell was disconnected!! It was the 15th of nov 2006! Its been more than a month now.

Kindly tell me whether my cell will be activated this year or not!? Its so difficult for me to be in touch with my family members! What's the use of having a cell when one can neither make nor receive calls!!

So please make an effort and atleast tell me whether my cell will be activated or not, so that I can go for some other connection atleast.

Dear sir/madam,

I am really very sad with the type of service reliance provides.
I am a customer of reliance since more than a year. I have taken a prepaid connection.

About 4 weeks back I got an sms saying "please submit the address proof documents, or else the service will be terminated. " the next day itself I went to reliance web world in forum, koramangla and submitted all the necessary documents, since from there only I had taken the connection.

And now its been 3 weeks and my cell has been barred! I can neither receive calls nor make calls. At least I should be able to make calls to *333 to follow up on my status, but even customer service is disabled!
I hope you can understand how disquieting it is to be without a cell for more than 3 weeks! I again went to reliance web world in forum, koramangla from where they called up cust service, the cust service person took my details and told me that my cell will be activated within 24 hrs and gave me a request number too. Now its more than 6 days and still its the same!

Yesterday when I went to reliance web world in forum, koramangla to inquire what had happened, I must say the man behind the counter was in no way useful and in a way was very rude to me when I inquired about my status!

You people advertise that you value your customers, if yes then please show me how!

    Hi,

    My name is Prajakta Dongare. We do have Reliance landline and broadband facility. The landline number is 020 - [protected]. We had logged a complaint about the phone line at least 6/7 times over a period of last 2 weeks. You can see the log of complaint as well!!! The phone was dead for more than 48 hours this time. We had been promised by customer care representative on 20th Sept 07 that the phone will start working within 48 hours. Secondly as the phone was dead, the internet was not available as well. The phone and broadband services started functioning on 23rd Sep07??


    Please note that we are not happy with Reliance service at all. Please look into this matter ASAP. We might discontinue the phone line and broadband facility for the same reason.

    Reliance Service is very poor. I call 8 times to reliance regarding purchase a postpaid Data card in Punjab. But request not complete in 22 days. I talk to Mr.Kartik in Mumbai in this regards.

    Since2004, I have been using Relinace Mobile (Pre paid Account) [protected] and regularly recharing befire validity period get over.
    On 08-08-08, my mobile services discontinued inspite of recharging on 08-08-08 at 8 p.m. in Vadodara for Rs. 201/- with validity period upto 8-9-08. For past 5 days, after all my efforts the service is not rsumed. It has caused my lot of inconvenience as I was traveling and was solely dependent on my mobile.
    Please act soon and restore my mobile service.

    Hi Team,

    My issue is, on my cell caller tune got automaticly activated and also i had been chareged for the same three times.

    I have already registered the complaint for the same in last month still the money got diducted in this month.


    I am facing issue with prepaid card ([protected])...i experianced that reliance service is very pathetic.
    I called 3/4 times but i didnt receive any reponse from their side about my Complain and also they are not ready to provide me proper info and complain no.

    The execuites name is Wahid ansari on with whom i spoke on 7th June 09 2:44 PM, and the second person who also told his name as wahid on 7th June 094:05 PM and the third person Ravi with whom i spoke on 7th July 09 4:20PM, These all provide very pathetic service to Customer and didn't provide the correct information.


    It would be great if any one can look into it, and resolve my issue otherwise

    MySelf Chandan kumar and my mobile no is [protected], and i am customer of ADA group Since its foundation in 2002, and enjoy its service in Delhi from last 8 year and i also worked 2 year with ADA GROUP at the post of TERRETORY MANAGER..Last month my company transfer me in Luckhnow from Delhi and I have taken a sim of Reliance at 18th of January and i have submit my document and also fill outstation form from one of your distributer(Saini) at Hazhratgaj in Luckhnow..But my phone has been disconnect at 30 january without any notice.. when i call cutomer care then i know that my document has not been submited, afterwards they suggest me to go Reliance Webworld and submit my and i went there 3 times after 30th of january but every times they told me they cant help me and contact your distributer.. Every times i go to your distributer but every times i return with blank hand..The area manager of this distributer name is SALMAN in Lal Bagh Area and whose mobile no is [protected]..I have got his no from the distributer because he collect my paper..I have already talk with salman twice and both times he told me send sms of ur no and both times i did it but after that he didn't pick my phone and distributr phone..Now Salman cut my phone and didnot pick my phone..i am getting harrasd by your employee Salman reduclus behavior..So it is my humble request to you please consider my request at urgent basic either i will go with CONSUMER FORUM day after tomorrow and summit a case against your prestigous company which i don't want and SALMAN..Please resolve this as soon as possible because i trust with ADA GROUP..

    I bought Reliance pre-paid No [protected] at Kothaguda on 7th Feb 2010, because of low call rate. On 16-02-2010 at 10:30 pm IST when I was talking with my friend. it was disconnected and my phone was barred. I can’t make any call again and I was very upset. Before using reliance I used Idea cellular more than one year and it never happen to me. Plz let me know why is it happen?

    New GSM No. [protected] was offered to me against my existing CDMA No. [protected] by the Company under a scheme. The Sim Card was received after some times but was never activated. In the meanwhile had received a bill which was also promptly paid. Since last one month have made complaints both on phone and in writing with the Dealer, and Regional Office Customer Care, Nodal Officer, Appellate Authority, Web World, but to no avail. I am now totally disgusted and would like to surrender this number immediately. This is my last attempt through this site.

    Please be informed that one of your legal advisor(A lady-[protected]) called me on my personal no. and talked to me very rudely. She misbehaved with me and even threating me to pay the amount. The words She said was" if i'll not pay the amount then she'll see. "

    I don't have any problem in paying but nobody have called me earlier for this. Even i am not using this no. also, earlier my company person was using it. But still i'll pay it. Customer care can call me and can collect the amount.

    HI,

    I am kamal kaushik (198/6 jagrati vihar meerut, Ph [protected]). we have an wireless home phone [protected]) we are using it since last near about four years it was issued on the name of Mr. subhash chandra kaushik on the receiving time everybody promised us it is a wireless but on the very first day we found a signal problem and my ph was not able to do any functionality which was related to the signal . After two or three days a boy came from the side of reliance and he attached the wire from the ph and second end attached from a box which was fixed on the roof . Boy told me it is a time being solution we will remove your problem very shortly .
    Till today the problem as it is no change .(I am using reliance wireless home phone with wire )
    I want to use it without wire.

    I have some reliance services like :----

    my self pradeep from bhubaneswar i am using 2 numbers [protected] or [protected] am not getting perfect service.in my number [protected] there is a problem that every month i am giving extra charges in my bill there is extra vas is adding in my bill worngly & when i am paying the bill i have to subtracts that extra money.
    in my [protected], i have a calling pack 99 for this i can call to reliance local as free but on previous month in my bill i saw that you charge for free call to reliance so my bill made rs600 & i have to also refund 99+99 for two months due to adding on my bill extra net charge but that time i had no net connection on my number & i also complain before two months for this.

    Since 2009, I have been using Reliance Mobile (Pre paid Account) [protected] .From last three months your services has gone to worse in this area. You are requested to look into the problem so that customers who want to be with reliance should not be forced to leave reliance.
