Jazz (formerly Warid Telecom) Network and signal issues

Dear Sir/Mamm of Mobilink co,

Here in our village there are network issues which are not being resolved by some reason!

But Ufone-Telenor are setting up there tower for encouraging our more than half million people to convert there jazz/warid and zong sims(Network) to ufone and Telenor because for the certain reason of absence of Jazz(Mobilink) Network .

So I Herby request for the installation of Jazz(Mobilink) Tower in my Area and would be willingly offer my land for the certain operations to be installed.

Thereby on behalf of half a million jazz subscriber's I need a reply from you as soon as possible.

Desired outcome: Want the population to reconsider and coming back to their previous choosen network Jazz(Mobilink). And definitely by having new jazz towers installation in my area!!! As soon as possible....

Dear Mobilink(Jazz) officer's,

I Mian Muhammad Hanif want to request for a (3-G/4-G) network capability tower here to be installed in "Daya-Chokha village" which is situated 4.5 kilometers from SINAWAN (sub-Tehsil) 'postal code(34100)'

And 14.75 kilometers from KOT ADU (district) 'postal code(34050)'.

There by reason for request is that, after 2010 flood's here in our region destroyed almost all of our region's telecommunication tech,thereby after the incident occurred our network worsened , and signal issues haven't been resolved yet!

{Though we complaint every following year from the day the issue took place}.

Here are some villages who are in our circle where there are signal and internet issues which are following;

1,Daya-Chokha ,

2,Thathi-Hamzah ,

3,Peer-Zadah ,

4,Mohammadi-Sharief ,

5,Goraha-Basti ,

6,Eesenwala ,

7,Daree-Shaikhyounwali ,

8,Thookar-Moosaywali ,

9,Aarree ,

10,Thathi-Hassanwali ,

11,Union(counsal) Doogarr , etc,

Which are in surrounding my village Daya-Chokha (Gharbi).

So Sir/Ma'am There are 2,83,000 customer's in the area out of which 25,000 customer's are user of zong and 85,000 customer's are user of Telenor who switched because of network issues from Mobilink channels!

And the rest are Mobilink (Jazz) users which are =1,73,000 in total ...

Nowadays there aren't any Jazz or Warid signals in our area and therefore on behalf of my Gorayah Family and my people, I would strongly recommend to install a 3-G 4-G network capability tower here in our area.

And I would willingly offer my land if Necessary for the installation of the Jazz communication tower... And would cooperate if Necessary!

Jazz (formerly Warid Telecom) CEO of Jazz Company

Like your company claims to be the most used SIM but your network coverage is very poor in some areas. There are five villages in our area and each village has five hundred to six hundred houses and each house has eight to nine people. Everyone has drawn four sims. Sim of all the jeez. Guess how many users there will be in millions and the network is crap. Internet is far away, calls are also attended on the roof. The elders of the village have decided that if our problem is not solved, then they will block or break all the sims. Address: District Khairpur Mirs UC Ubhri Village Easson Bhayo

Jazz (formerly Warid Telecom) Jazz network issue

Dear CEO of Jazz Company,

I am writing to you today to express my concerns regarding the lack of network coverage in our region. As you may know, many people in our area are experiencing difficulties with their Jazz network. Despite being a popular choice, Jazz has failed to provide adequate coverage in our region, and as a result, many users are switching to other networks in search of better call quality.

The problem is compounded by the absence of a Jazz company tower in our area. As a result, users are experiencing a significant drop in signal strength, and are unable to make calls or connect to the internet. This has led to widespread frustration, with many people feeling that they are not receiving the level of service they deserve.

I believe that this is a problem that can be easily addressed by installing a Jazz company tower in our region. This would not only improve the quality of service for existing users, but would also attract new customers who may have previously been put off by the lack of coverage.

I understand that installing a tower can be a significant investment, but I am confident that the benefits would far outweigh the costs. I believe that this investment would not only benefit Jazz, but would also benefit the wider community. By improving network coverage in our area, you would be making a valuable contribution to the development of our region.

Jazz (formerly Warid Telecom) Jazz

Before i was using 2G service of jazz but now i try to enjoy jazz 4G.I went to the market and i said i want jazz 4G sim then he said you need to replace it then i said its ok he charged me 150 rupees .i had done 3-4 days but untill now i can't enjoy 4G speed still coming E i mean edge.please solve my problems otherwise I have to close this sim

Jazz (formerly Warid Telecom) Poor or No Coverage

Mobilink - Poor signal or No coverage

We are living in Goth Haji Chatta Rind

HabChowkey ,Balochistan. Where signal coverage is very poor. We can not calls at homes due to poor network coverage. We can not deliver the SMS to anyone due to poor signal. There is need of a signal tower as there is no tower before. We are facing single problem issues . Kindly install the tower here. I will provide place for the installation of tower at reasonable rent.

Jazz (formerly Warid Telecom) Signals and network coverage issue

Sir in my town Basti Mian Hakim Ali sahib Luddan Vehari Punjab Jazz signal service is very low even we can't calls 2G network coverage is disturbing alot and 4G network coverage is zero no 3G and 4G network coverage our population is 20 thousand plus mostly people are using jazz sims but in our town there is no jazz service because towers are on distance place kindly resolve our issue through the installation of new jazz tower 🗼.

Jazz (formerly Warid Telecom) Number restoration

My number [protected] outgoing was suspended on 07-01-22, I deposited 6, 000 out of 10, 000 credit. But since then my number is not being restored.
My number is used for my business calls and not to forget, I am a gold customer. I called jazz gold helpline and it took 30 minutes for a rep to get my call.
After talking to him he told that the amount is not sufficient for restoration. However, considering my credit limit of 7, 000, remaining balance of 4000 was enough to restore my number. He instead of explaining the case, disconnected the call. Is this what you Jazz want its customers to experience. Totally disappointed in Jazz and it's services

Jazz (formerly Warid Telecom) Miss call alerts

It's been quite sometime my miss call alerts service is not working.

I have sent many emails to customers service and they have been giving me a time of 24 hours to activate it. Finally they gave me a deadline for 1st December and they still haven't activated it. Also they're not answering my emails anymore and to reach them over a call is high hill task.

Can you please address my complain ASAP.

Jazz (formerly Warid Telecom) Diesel and accosseries from jazz tower sites

I am doing complaint about your contractor company mes engineering Pvt ltd. I was an employee for 2 days . There is a person which name is jaffershah he is blady theif.. daily he is almost 15 lts diesel taking out the one side. Plz take the action for your diesel daily 40 ltr disel jaffer shah is seling .. plz do some action for this company. Or out this person from this company otherwise he will not anything on the sides. When I complaint to mes company manager. So he said just keep quite. If you have to do so you can do work otherwise you can leave...my contact no. Is [protected]. You can call me. Jazz (formerly Warid Telecom) Roaming Non Activation

Deplorable response to my earlier complaints regarding non Activation of roaming during flights from Lahore-Doha- USA.
It was confirmed by Service Centre Mini Market Lahore that service would be activated on reaching Doha.
My security deposit is more than sufficient.
Resultantly I faced lot of torment and anguish at hands of Jazz.
I am totally disappointed with your services being an old customer over 25 years.

Jazz (formerly Warid Telecom) Roaming Services

I travelled from Lahore Doha Phoenix on 1 October 2021.
I checked from service Centre Mini Market regarding availability of Roaming Services. At mobile [protected]. They all assured me that service would be available as I had a good deposit over ten thousand.
Unfortunately no service was available. No SMS received from local and international services provider at Doha and USA.
Even now no service available.
This depicts deplorable and appalling standard of Jazz services.
Their customer service is pathetic. I faced intense agony in contacting my relations and making urgent calls.
Severe and stringent action be taken for such grave dereliction and causing torment and anguish to its customers.

Jazz (formerly Warid Telecom) Conversion of corporate sims to individual

I have corporate sims registered with PAF. I have visited jazz head office peshawar twice for converting it to my name but it is still pending after passing 2 weeks. Although I have paid all the dues and got NOC from the department but still my sims have not been converted against my cnic. My Complaint may please be considered gravely and my sims may please be converted from corporate to my name

Jazz (formerly Warid Telecom) Unhelpful customer care service

Dear Jazz,
I have been a loyal customer of jazz for as far as I can remember, but due to the incapability of the customer care service, I am thinking about converting my network to a provider which actually cares for its customers instead of making lame excuses. I have been in Korea for the last two years, I had contacted the customer service center for the retention of the ownership of my number ([protected]) as I do not see myself traveling back to Pakistan this year. They suggested that I should transfer the ownership of my number to a family member to which I accepted and followed through with the necessary documents for the transfer. After they had received the documents, they suggested that it will not be possible as you guys do not have an office in the city where my brother lives (Sukkur), and he will have to travel to a city where they have experience centers and he will have to do it multiple times for throughout the process. My brother is a professor at SIBA university, even if he wasn't I would not ask him to travel to another city for something that he is doing for me as a favor. Furthermore, I see this as a problem of jazz and not its customer as I fairly remember that you have multiple franchises in my city with all the equipment necessary to verify the identity of your customers. I have been telling your customer care service to suggest an alternative for this situation and all they have done so far is to tell me that they cannot do it without the experience center and keep repeating themselves without actually helping me resolve this issue by repeating the same thing over and over again like a broken record. I am deeply disappointed with the behavior and laziness of your so-called customer care service that is as useful as a pet rock. I have been fed up to the point that I am thinking about shifting my network provider. I would have asked your customer care for the procedure for that but I am sure they will make up some ridiculous excuse as to why they are incapable of doing that. Therefore, either help me solve this issue or let my number be transferred to a network provider where I can actually be cared for.
